It was actually confirmed in the manga that the council of 6 are siblings, they have a family tree

#wakfu #if you even needed confirmation considering they literally come out of the same egg #share a mother #and call each other 'brother' and 'sister'#not to mention yugo tells alibert about them and refers to them as his siblings and mother #qilby calling her mom #and the great dragon being shown in the family tree as being all of their father #council of 12 technically since they've all got a dragon twin.
