Nothing exact, no.

Eyea is definitely the tallest one, with her talk sprite going off-screen, so she might be around 6~ ft?

And Navis originally assumes Carina to be a teenager, so one could assume that she's shorter than average...

I would probably put Sasha and Erica in the middle, both being average height,

and as for Wincar... I'm sure his exact height wouldn't be too hard to assume.

That being said, none of this is really "canon" to the game (except what is said explicitly through dialogue, like Eyea being tall), so I think the real answer is that their heigh is whatever you want them to be for what you're drawing/writing
