The creature above you snarled, grabbing the back of your shirt between two claws. Enshrouded in darkness, the only thing visible was their glowing green eyes and the faint glow of their mouth from behind large teeth. "You have annoyed me for the last time today, pest." They lifted you up quickly. Even in their annoyance, they took care to not shake you around too much.

"You are going somewhere else until you learn to be less of an ass." Their teeth split open right in front of your face, warm breath washing over you like a gust of wind. The back of their throat glowed a gentle red, almost like a preview to what awaited you deeper down. They brought you closer, and carefully grabbed an arm between two massive teeth. They ran their tongue across your palm, teeth clamped around your forearm. It was light enough not to hurt you, but with enough pressure behind it to tell you they were being serious.

Their mouth opened again and you were shoved against their tongue, teeth snapping shut behind you. They wasted no time pressing you against the roof of their mouth, tongue running across your back. Normally they would savor you just slightly, or even toy with you, but not tonight. They tilted their head back, causing you to slide downwards. You were swallowed effortlessly into the glowing tunnel, a soft 'glk' echoing around you. You were pulled downwards, the illumination growing just a bit brighter, but not enough to hurt your eyes.

You slid into the small pouch just a bit below their heart. They preferred you there instead of their stomach. It was snug, but it was made specifically to keep smaller beings safe. "No squirming, no kicking, just shut up and rest. When you wake up, I'll consider letting you back out." You felt the space get slightly smaller as they pressed down on it. It wouldn't be the worst nap spot, would it?

Thinking hard on a large pred friend losing their little prey in a dangerous situation. They're separated for days. Their home has always been deadly, even to the largest of beasts. So to lose their small friend, one they were supposed to protect, it's devastating. They don't give up the search, but their heavy heart continues to weigh them down with each moment their friend isn't found. Then, after nearly a week of being apart, the little prey finds their way back to their friend. The pred instantly zeros in on them, picking them up and looking over them for only a second before scarfing them down as gently as they can while practically tossing them into their throat. They don't even stop to taste, taking them like a pill to get their tiny friend to safety as soon as possible. The prey is squeezed in the stomach, only to be squished even more by the rumbling organ that's caved in on itself. The smooth muscles feel desperate in its attempt to encompass the prey, as though their little friend would vanish the second they let go. Depending on the prey, they may put up with or even appreciate the strong muscles pressing against them like the biggest bear hug possible. Or, maybe the extremely cramped space isn't helping, and the prey needs to try and calm their large friend down. Gently petting the overactive walls, trying to comfort the pred and convince their insides to give them some space. Maybe the pred was talking to them, or maybe they've been silent this entire time, washed in relief that their friend is okay. Whatever the case, the larger is not going to let them out anytime soon, at least not without protest.

Imagine a pred (gently) yanking away your phone and putting it aside. You've been doomscrolling for too long, the fearmongering is making you anxious. You're carefully scooped up and kissed on the head, before they swallow you down to relax in their stomach for a bit. Nothing can hurt you, just close your eyes and relax for a bit.

Robot preds ☝️ they may be cold on the outside but their insides are nice and warm, they don't produce saliva so you don't have to worry about your things getting messed up.

They're programmed to protect, and what's more secure and protecting than inside of them? You'll be just fine curled up in their core, they reassure you that you'll be safe and unharmed.

Borrower stories where the human isn't just your everyday citizen.

Borrowers who realize they're living with a particularly dangerous psychopath, a spy, some mystical being they didn't realize existed, a mad scientist, ANYTHING.

I want the borower to feel like the normal being compared to whatever frick frack is going on with the human.

I want it to be incredibly weird when they meet.

Like both of them catching the other in the act of something they definitely weren't supposed to see. Both of them being utterly baffled by one another.

Forget the single sided "human realized borrowers exist"

I want a duel sided ball drop moment.

A killer caught in the act by a borrower-

An alien taking off their disguise and just hearing a tiny scream from under the furniture

A spy catching a tiny being rummaging through very confidential documents and immediately thinking this is some wildly advance spy tech

A scientist finding a tiny being staring in horror at the experiments locked up in their lab

A vampire getting caught drinking blood by a curiously tiny lil human
