Productivity tip (18)
Aromatherapy and Productivity
Obviously; there are things that you cannot change in your work environment; such as the lighting, the furniture, the decorations, and the walls’ colors. But at the same time, you can improve your workplace atmosphere by using aromatherapy for rising your productivity.
In fact; According to Entrepreneur magazine (https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/224575 ): “Aromatherapy probably isn't the first tool you think of to help boost your productivity and grow your business, but maybe it should be. Smell is the strongest of the senses and is best able to influence brain activity. Olfactory bulbs are part of the limbic system and directly connect to the areas of the brain that process emotion and learning. "This is one of the reasons why so often something that we smell will trigger a memory or remind us of something or someone," says Beverley Hawkins, owner of the Vancouver-based West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy.”
Also; “Aromatherapy is used in the workplace to create a pleasant environment for employees. When your employees are not worried or tense, they have fewer health issues and more vitality. As a result, employee productivity improves. Increasing employee productivity means more money for your business. Though you must have the right mindset, the environment must also encourage it. If done right, aromatherapy in the office may be incredibly soothing.” (https://treasurehutch.com/aromatherapy-in-the-workplace-boosting-productivity/ )
For that you can keep small bottles of essential oils in the workplace or in the studying place you. During times of fatigue, stress, or decreased productivity, put a few drops of the essential oil of your choice on a tissue and inhale deeply to take advantage of the aromatherapeutic effects. Another way you can use the essential oils in diffusers.
On the other side; certain known smells have been shown to reduce stress, promote creativity, refresh the body, regulate emotions, and enhance physical health.
The most famous scent is the lemon is which is used for memory stimulation and mental alertness. As well, researchers in Japan have found it to be effective for productivity and focus. In a study, they discovered that when rooms were scented with its fragrance, there was a 54% decrease in typing errors by employees who worked with computers. (https://pumpsandiron.com/2020/01/15/essential-oils-for-productivity-and-focus-wo )
Lavender is another famous scent which has calming properties required to help control emotional stress. Beside to a soothing effect on nerves and can relieve nervous tension and depression as well as treat headaches and migraines. What is similar to lavender is Jasmine.
One of my favorites is rosemary that can be used to increase alertness and to help memory retention.
Finally, boosting productivity in all the aspects of the life should be a priority and should not be difficult or confused.

Productivity (17).
Some Ways to Increase your Productivity at Work.
Being more productive at work is not so easy, but, at the same time it is no it not that difficult. In fact, it depends on how you manage your time and your persistence. This post will open your eyes on 14 simple, nice and effective strategies to lift your productivity at work.
1. Try to say "No" to interruptions.
Interruptions such as, cold calls, social media, unexpected visitors, and many others. If those interruptions were unchecked, they can affect concentration passively and cause deadlines to fail. This can make us feel exhausted, depressed, and guilty because we struggle to manage ourselves and others, our time, our abilities and getting everything done perfectly as much as possible. These feelings become interruptions in themselves, overwhelming us even more. So say no to any interruptions.
2- Give up on the illusion of perfection.
It's common for entrepreneurs to get hung up on attempting to perfect a task--the reality is nothing is ever perfect. Rather than wasting time chasing after this illusion, bang out your task to the best of your ability and move on. It's better to complete the task and move it off your plate; if need be, you can always come back and adjust or improve it later.

3. Take exercise breaks.
It is obvious that using work time to exercise may actually be a big help to improve productivity. A study in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine showed this result. You may want to manage a time exercise with your manager. It could be just for walking for 15-30 minutes. This could be enough to clear your head and get your focus back.

Nowadays, with the changes occurred in the world due tothe COVID-19 pandemic and the world economic situation, and the emerging of remote working. All that has increased the focus on productivity and increased the need to concentrate on the workspace. Also, it is important to find easy ways to add a joyful touch to the workspace is now more vital than ever as a means to lift spirits and improve productivity.
A studyby Bloom & Wild, investigated the psychological impacts of flowers on productivity and stress levels, proving that plants have a positive effect on the body.it showed that bringing the nature to inside is a great way to help workers relax during a stressful day.
Bloom & Wild, found that taking a 30-minute break to arrange a bouquet caused participants' heart rates to lower and therefore ease anxiety. A total of 90 per cent said they found focusing on something creative helped to reduce their stress levels while 100 per cent said they felt happier when working with flowers in their space.
Flowers are a sensory experience, with their bright colors and fascinating scents, so they can stimulate happy chemicals in the brain, such as dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin.

How to Improve The Personal Productivity? (15)
My own productivity is my gate to success and getting things done perfectly in many different aspects like workplace, studying, relationships and everyday life.
Some tips can help:
1- Breaks are essential for maintaining focus. So you need to carve out time to step away from the screen. You can drink water, make some exercises, eat an apple -to keep you healthy-, check your email to save some time or just chatting with others.
2- Write down what a productive day looks like for you. Try to picture the thoughts and feelings may related to being productive. And think where are you? What sort of mindset is yours? What is your working pattern shape?
3- Create yourself a productivity planor a to-do list on a daily basis. By using a productivity planner or a digital application to map out each day productively.
4- Write down what is holding you back.
It could be interruptions, do you feel bored or distracted, overwhelmed? It is helpful to be aware of your workload and your feelings is the first step for understanding and improving your productivity. This also may help you to produce solutions.
5- Break big tasks into smaller ones.
After breaking Big tasks in to smaller tasks then divide them to different hours or assign time for each part. This will make you feel like making progress towards completing the bigger goal which in its turn will motivate you more. Don’t forgot to start with the bigger task.
6- You can use productivity tools.
such as productivity digitized planners or time trackers whish one advantage they offer is that you can use the stats they generate to see how long doing different tasks takes you. For me I still prefer the paper variety.

Productivity Tip (14)
Create your own goals, plans and visions and strive to achieve them. Try not to affected by other inspirations or ideas and not to be in others shoes just because they are stars or famous people on social media for instance.
Ask your self a question which is: is that really my own goal? Why I want that goals what is the benefits? where I want to be and in what place or position?
Your actions, steps, skills and knowledge should be only yours created by your self. Actually; they should be aligned with the direction you are heading which should also should be identified by yourself.
The most important thing here, your goals and direction should be clean, good, قespectful and serving humanity.

Productivity tip (12)
Choose the 3 most important tasks that may push your plans forward or accelerate your plan.
Identify them and assign a specific time to implement them.
It would be better to do this step the night before and write them down on a paper, notebook or using your cellphone.

Productivity Tip (11):
Human multitasking
According to Oxford Dictionary; multitasking is “the performance of more than one task at the same time."
Some people consider it a highly valuable skill, an indicator for a high level performance, creates an efficient work environment and other multitasking advantages such as:
Saving time: as it allows you to complete multiple tasks at the same time
Saving money: from the employers’ point of view; employees with great multitasking abilities can accomplish more tasks to their work, which may save some costs, so that employers tend to hire them.
Increasing productivity: because you can accomplish more and more in less time as, The more work you can accomplish during your day, the more productive you are.
Increasing motivation: it helps people feel more accomplished because they can complete more than one task at a time which increases motivation and encourages people to keep working on their tasks.
But, on other side; studies have another opinion.
Results of a study by Zheng Wang at Ohio University showed that multitasking, of any kind, seriously hurt performance. https://news.osu.edu/study-shows-why--some-types-of-multitasking-are-more-dangerous-than-others---ohio-state-research-and-innovation-communications/
Earl Miller, a professor of neuroscience at MIT, says we simply can't focus on more than one thing at a time. https://www.inc.com/scott-mautz/psychology-and-neuroscience-blow-up-the-myth-of-effective-multitasking.html
Additionally, studies have shown that it takes four times longer for the brain to recognize new things (further slowing down task completion) and that we have a much lower retention rate of what we learn while we are multitasking. . https://www.inc.com/scott-mautz/psychology-and-neuroscience-blow-up-the-myth-of-effective-multitasking.html
Finally, In my opinion we need multitasking advantages, but we should be careful and not to be too much multitasking and try to take rest every 30 -40 mints and stop when you feel tired or thing gone wrong.
