wow, it’s been a while!

i hit 4 months on t this tuesday.

i’ve gotten some more body hair, namely on my tummy and my thighs. my arm hairs are darkening very slightly. i also have little dark hairs on my upper lip, and one stray long one on my right eyebrow that i pluck. 

my voice has apparently gotten deeper, but i’ve been congested and lowkey sick since i got to school. i’ve been taking videos every month though!

libido and hunger went down again. seems regular and normal now.

my body odor has changed, at least in terms of genitals. i can’t really describe how it’s changed, just that it has. my dick looks a little more like a dick now, and it’s overall bigger. it’s gotten girthier! and i have quite a bit more pubic hair too.

noticed that in the past couple of days i’ve gone from a small appetite to a large one. for example i had sushi for dinner one night and only two hours later was i hungry again. when i got home from school today, my mom said that i haven’t stopped talking about food since i got there! i had an awesome homemade burger for dinner, which would usually feed me for the night, and now i’m hungry again. it’s crazy and such an adjustment since i was so peckish before.

i already had a high libido before t, mostly because i liked thinking about sex (its fun!). i’d say once every two days or so i would masturbate. but the past day or two i noticed how i get turned on for seemingly no reason. i also think my dick’s gotten a bit wider since starting t. a week in and i’ve already gotten some changes i wasn’t expecting so soon!

today i got my testosterone prescription!

i got a good opinion from the psychiatrist at boston children’s, and afterwards i went over how t affects a person. then i learned how to self-inject!

i’m at 25mg every week for a month.

hoping i can drop off my prescription at my pharmacy today and get it filled. really excited!

i had my second (technically third) appointment at boston children’s hospital today!

it was a mental health history check. i was asked questions about my mental health and process of gender realization, and similar topics.

i was told i’m a good candidate and that i’m not a worry.

my next checkup is in august! i’ll probably get my first dose of testosterone then. it hasn’t even set in yet that it’s a month away!

a year ago i’d been waiting for my first appointment when it was postponed multiple times. four years ago i was only hoping that this day would come. i don’t think my middle school self would have believed this would happen.
