OMG there’s other people who think Thunderhead and Stratogale would be close with each other??? This is literally so peak, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks they would be good friends 💞

I saw a post by _jo_de_ on tiktok where it's Thunderhead and Stratogale, and I thought it was so cute so I made this! + some head canons down below

I figured the three of them have the same energy as "a teacher plus his two students who trauma dump/gossip with him." He's goofy and can joke around but overall a good adult to go to for advice or head.

Plus, I feel like Thunderhead is also a kid at heart type of person. He treats them like people but also allows for them to mess up and not get angry. They literally work in a field that has high stakes and a single mistake could get plenty of people killed. He would want to help them succeed best he could, especially since he's probably been on the receiving end of not-so-great teachers.

I also feel like Stratogale and Macroburst are the youngest heroes on our roster, like, they're adults, but not pre-frontal cortex fully functioning yet, type of adults. Aka College Kids [freshman]. Personally, I think it would be fun if they were only a year or two apart from one another with Macroburst being the slightly older one. Hence, they do slightly dumb shit like stick burger king crowns & cones over their heads.

In my head, Stratogale goes to Thunderhead more than Macroburst does. She has great figureheads to look up to like Elastigirl & Apogee, but sometimes, approaching those who are the biggest examples of what you should be, is hard. Thunderhead probably seems more down to earth, especially to children and/or young adults. He'd probably be more approachable and hands off with the situation, letting her learn from her mistakes but cheering her on the entire time.

Macroburst has Everseer as their mentor and I really think they'd have a great relationship. But, sometimes, you want advice from adults who are trusted but won't judge like other adults do (Kinda similar kinda not: Uncle Aaron verses Mile's dad in Into the Spiderverse). That's Thunderhead.

I love your Phylange headcanons! Phylange x Dynaguy is new!!! For some reason I keep thinking Psycwave is an older woman.

Like, every time I look at this image of Psycwave, I keep imaging her with wrinkles for some reason? Like, I don’t imagine her as necessarily elderly—just an older woman, maybe early to mid 40s. (Maybe it’s also her expression? She looks paranoid as fuck which I might’ve correlated to wrinkles—her voice also sounded kinda… old to me for some reason)

But then I lock in and remember what an absolute blonde bombshell this woman is. She’s a freak and a crazy ass bitch, but holy shit she’s hot. Forget Elastigirl being romantically pursued by many top Supers, where was the romantic pursuing for Psycwave???

I also keep thinking she has shorter hair than she actually does???

I drew a line to where I think her hair stops. I keep thinking she has a bob of some sort but no, the woman has inches.

(I think I also thought she had a bob because of her picture in her NSA file—it doesn’t show her full picture so I kinda thought she had short hair)

I Googled Stratogale just to check out what she sounds like in LEGO The Incredibles video game out of curiosity and when I was typing Stratogale’s name into the search bar, I saw “Stratogale x Elastigirl” 🥀 who in the timbuck fuck is shipping these two, that’s really weird.

Literally why would someone ship them? Stratogale is a teenager in high school and Elastigirl is an adult. I know Stratogale’s exact age isn’t confirmed and the wiki lists her as 15-19, meaning she could be 18 or 19. But like… there is an equal chance that she’s 15-17, so like why would you still ship them??? Are you that desperate to ship a teenager with an adult so you age them up to where it’s legal? Just gross.

Why do people ship Hypershock and Psycwave? I’m not hating on the ship—I just want some clarification. Hypershock nor Psycwave have mentioned each other in their interviews and I tried looking on The Incredibles wiki to see if any of their wikis mentioned each other—I couldn’t find anything.

Is there some deeper lore between these two that I don’t know about? Or do people just ship them for fun? Either answer is acceptable—I’m just a bit confused on why people ship them. I’ve just seen people ship them before and I’m just curious why.

I could never believe Dynaguy being described as “impulsive” and “reckless”

Like, I was discussing this with a friend and my friend said that it makes sense that Dynaguy is implusive and reckless—their example was his cape-related was the most reckless out of all the cape-related deaths, Dynaguy’s death was solely because he wasn’t paying attention. I agreed with this and added on the fact that Dynaguy isn’t the smartest superhero (look at that intelligence), so it makes sense that he most likely wasn’t paying attention.

(When I discussed this with my friend at the time I didn’t fully understand what impulsive meant)

Impulsivity and recklessness aside, I feel like Dynaguy was really sweet. Like, in his interview when he was describing how he came up with his superhero name, I thought that was cute, he sounded like a nice guy

“Dynaguy! It actually fit together. I thought it had a good ring to it, so I started saying it to myself—it was like dynamite and dynamic and dynamo and dinosaur, they all sort of meant big and powerful, they really sounded dynamic which...you put them together and you get me! :D” Omg ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

He just sounded really sweet, it kinda makes his death even sadder to me 💔 My heart goes out to you, Dynaguy, you were probably a cool person :(

Yo, do you have any HCs for the Mugsy Baloney coaches?

Hi! I don’t have many, but I have a few! Here are a few of them:

-P1 and P2 absolutely head over heels for each other. Like, they’re very in love

-They’re kinda rich. Like, not necessarily millionaires or billionaires, but they have moneyyy

-Like I said in my recent posts, theater kids. They always acted in plays and musicals set in the 1920s lol

-They still dress and talk like it’s the 1920s. P1 still dresses like a flapper and P2 still dresses like how he does. In terms of speech, while other coaches speak more casually and how people would normally speak, Mugsy Baloney still says stuff like “hot dog!” and “the bees knees”

Again, sorry for the few headcanons! I don’t think about these guys often but I think they’re fun and I like their 1920s aesthetic. I hope these HCs are decent 😋

10. Party Rock Anthem

PARTY ROCK IS IN THE HOUSE TONIGHTTT 🗣️

Iconic routine! I love the routine and I really like the coach, he’s super fun! My top 10 would feel pretty empty if Party Rock Anthem wasn’t included, he’s too fun!

9. I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’

For a song whose title is “I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’,” the coach sure busted it down. And I absolutely love him for that. This routine is so much fun! It’s fun, upbeat, sassy, and just an all around delight to dance to! This is no joke when I say this but this is one of the most absolute DIVA performances I’ve ever seen from a Just Dance coach. Y’all want to talk about Liege Rosal? Let’s talk about I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ for once ✨

8. Barbra Streisand

My girl Babs <3 I absolutely LOVE the background of this routine. I love the whole city aesthetic, it’s so pretty 🌃 This routine is also just super fun! I love how energetic and sassy it is. And the coach… I absolutely adore the coach, I love my girl Babs <3

7. What You Waiting For?

I love the whole pink clockwork and gear background, it’s so vibrant 🩷⚙️ Another super fun routine! I like how stiff the moments are like clockwork and clocks, it’s so much fun (and I’m a sucker for clock-related stuff hehehehe)! The coach is also just super fun, she’s super cute <3

6. Video Killed the Radio Star

I love this routine and song so much!!! I really love all of the colors, they’re so cute and work really well together. I also really love this routine, it’s so cute 💚 And I like the coach quite a bit, he’s too iconic and fun not to love <3

5. Dynamite

This is one of my favorite Dance Quartets of all time, it’s so much fun! I love the dance and I really like the coaches, they’re all super fun! My bias is Helen, but I really like all of the coaches! Dynamite is just all around a really fun dance with really fun coaches and very deserving of being one of my favorite Just Dance 3 routines/coaches and one of my favorite Dance Quartets of all time!

4. Boogie Wonderland

Another one of my favorite Dance Quartets of all time! I absolutely love Boogie Wonderland. It’s super fun, upbeat, and groovy! I will admit I’m a bit disappointed that they had to use a cover for Boogie Wonderland and the cover isn’t my exactly my cup of tea, but I still like it, I’m a sucker for anything Earth, Wind, & Fire related <3 I also just really love the coaches! Leigh is my bias and my favorite, but I really like the other three as well! All around just a super groovy routine with equally groovy coaches! 🪩

🥉Dance All Nite

I love this routine, it’s super fun! I love the coach even more. I absolutely ADORE Aria as a coach. She’s so much fun and super pretty! I love her whole pop star design, her design is one of my all time favorites in the Just Dance series (I love the whole pop star/singer looks as someone who is a Splatoon fan and as someone who watched Kpop Demon Hunters and liked it)! I love her outfit, I love all of the purple, I love her energy… I just love her <3

🥈California Gurls

It’s genuinely so hard to express my love for California Gurls in words. I just absolutely love her… The routine is simple yet super fun and cute, and I love the coach even more. SHE’S SO PRETTY!!! She’s just so pink lemonade coded, I just… ughhhh I love California Gurls sm, she’s absolutely perfect 🩷🍓🍋

🥇Forget You

MY KING!!! I love Forget You so much! This is one of my favorite Just Dance 3 routines and my favorite Just Dance 3 coach (him and California Gurls are honestly interchangeable, I go back and forth between the two). I love the whole retro vibe, the song is fun, I love the routine, and I absolutely adore the coach. He’s so…♥️♥️♥️ Words can’t express how much I love this guy, he’s such a delight to me <3

JD4 is next! However, this post might take a bit longer and might not be out for a bit. JD4 genuinely has so much good routines and if I feel like one specific one isn’t in my favorites, outrage will start. So uh… stay tuned for whenever this post comes <3

In honor of the JD2026 trailer announcement, here’s my long awaited top 10 Just Dance 2 coaches/routines!

In my JD1 post relating to my favorite coaches, I said I was going to post my top 10 coaches for games JD2-JD2014. Well, here’s JD2! Sorry it took so long, I had Megastar levels of procrastination 💔

10. Move Your Feet

I love this routine! It’s upbeat, it’s fun, it’s colorful, and just a great dance! I like the whole Atari-style of the background, it’s super cool. The coach is also pretty fun! I like his energy, super upbeat and fun!

9. Hey Ya!

HEY YAAAAA 🗣️🔊🔥

This routine is one of my favorites in Just Dance 2 and one of my all-time favorite Just Dance routines. I love how wacky and energetic the dance is despite the song’s heavy and depressing message. I also just think the coach is super silly! I love how wacky he is and how wacky he dresses. He’s a super fun and wacky guy despite his song being related to relationship issues and the pressure to stay together despite the relationship being unhealthy.

8. Futebol Crazy

I LOVE HER SM!!! I was first introduced to her via the Can’t Take My Eyes Off You mashup from Just Dance 4. There was something about her energy and design that immediately captivated me, and still continues to captive me. She’s so cute! While I’m not a big fan of her song in particular, I love her energy in her routine, she seems so sweet! Futebol Crazy is absolutely adorable 🍋‍🟩

7. Iko Iko

Iko Iko fans, where are you? (Do y’all even exist?)

I LOVE HER!!! The whole nature and jungle theme/vibe of her routine and background is super calming to me—like, that move where she’s making the plants grow is just so calming to me, I have no idea why. The coach is also just super pretty! I love all of the pink and the colors look so nice together, and I love the whole tribal captain/carnival dancer look! She’s so hibiscus and pitaya coded, she’s just so 🩷🌺

6. Girlfriend

HEY HEY YOU YOU I DON’T LIKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND 🗣️🔊🔥❌

OG lesbians. I don’t have many words relating to these two but I love this routine. The song is iconic, the routine is super fun, and Just Dance gave us our first pair of lesbians. What else is there to say about this great routine that hasn’t already been said?

5. Rasputin

Similar to Girlfriend, I don’t have a ton to say about Rasputin. Just know that I absolutely love this routine (who doesn’t?) and I like Rasputin a lot. The routine is fun, the song is kickass, and Rasputin is such an iconic coach. There’s a reason he was put in Just Dance All Stars Mode, he’s just that iconic! ❄️ (Okay tbf, which other JD2 routine were they supposed to put in Just Dance All Stars Mode? At least 45% of the routines are considered sleepers to Rasputin 😭)

4. It’s Raining Men

I’d like to thank @grusha-the-ice-type for increasing my appreciation of this coach and routine! It’s Raining Men is so cool! I love her design, I love all of the green, her raincoat, and her boots. This routine is also just super fun, the song adding to how fun it is (I love the song lol). All of the rain-related details add to how fun this routine is and I also just absolutely love her energy! I used to not think of her that much when it comes to JD2 coaches, but look at me including her in my top 10 and her reaching my top 5 💚🌧️🩵⛈️

🥉TiK ToK

I don’t have a ton of detail to say about my appreciation for TiK ToK, but I love her! I love her rebellious design and attitude in the routine, it fits with the song so much! This routine is also just super fun, again, I love how much energy the coach has. This song used to be my shit (it still kinda is…) so I am slightly biased by putting it this high. Regardless, great routine and great coach! 🩵💛🩷⚡️

🥈Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)

Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny) fans, where are you?

When I saw this coach for the first time in the I Like It mashup from Just Dance 4, I was immediately captivated by her. After I saw her for the first time, I immediately checked out her routine. I love her routine and I love her! The song is super upbeat and fun, the routine is energetic and fun, and the coach is absolutely gorgeous. I love her design and I absolutely the confidence she has in her routine. She’s just so ❤️♥️❤️♥️

BOOM BOOM BOOM💥🎆 EVEN BRIGHTER THAN THE MOON MOON MOON 🗣️🔊🌕🌙‼️

My JD2 queen. I love everything about this routine. It’s absolutely iconic! I’m especially in love with the coach—she’s just so pretty! Sorry if sounds like I don’t have a lot to say about her, but I don’t think words will be able to capture how much I love this coach and routine. She’s just so… she’s just absolutely perfect 🎆🩷🎆💜🎆

Again, sorry this took so long to get out! I was honestly procrastinating the whole time and I had a bit of trouble picking out my top 10 for Just Dance 2. The game isn’t my favorite Just Dance game by a long shot so I had to somewhat cherry pick the game and choose the routines/coaches I enjoy the most because there are only certain ones.

Also, starting now, I’m taking the coaches themselves AND routines into consideration when creating my top 10 for each game (like how I did in this post) (sometimes I will take the song itself into consideration but this won’t be the main factor if I like a coach or not). I didn’t do so for JD1 because JD1’s routines are not standouts imo so I mostly went off based off of coach design because I liked the coach’s more than the actual routines themselves. So, starting now, I will be taking the coach AND routines into consideration.

Just Dance 3 is next!
