New Year New Beginnings
I am back on program. Bright and early tomorrow morning. 1200 calories of food consumption broken down to this.
600 Calories of Protein, 200 Calories of Carbs, 200 Calories of Fruits and Dairy and 200 Calories of Vegetables.
When I did this program in July, I hadn't worked out really at all. Walked the dogs on a daily basis and pretty much just focused on food. This time around I am incorporating some workouts now that I have a treadmill in my basement. I have a collection of Kettlebells that my husband and I have purchased over the years, some resistance bands, a yoga mat, a skipping rope and good ol' aerobics.
My goal is 40lbs by March 31.
My male cousin asked me to stand for him in his wedding in August and I want to look great for him. I want to look at the pictures and be proud of the body I have worked so hard for. We are also going to Vegas in July for his Stag and I want to be on my top game for that too.
November and December were total busts. With birthday parties, Christmas parties and the occasional house party, I was living like a rockstar and eating like a fucking champion.
We are having a New Years Eve Party tonight and I know it will be fun. I haven't decided if I will drink past midnight or not.
I desire to be successful on this weight-loss journey. I want a fit body so bad. I know I NEED to do the work to make it happen.
I have motivational posters hanging on my fridge and walls downstairs and I am determined. This is the year FOR ME!

Sitting at work
So here I am, sitting in my office drinking water and reminding myself of my goals... all these motivation and fitness blogs that I follow, most days are pretty helpful... I need to remember how capable I am of achieving my goal... I lost over 30lbs and I haven't weighed myself in close to a week.
My husband and I have decided to go to Phoenix in March, and I want to be at my goal weight by then. Which means I have to lose 30lbs by then. I did it this summer, I can do it again.
I will do it again.
I will be successful.
I can do this.
I want this.
I am good enough to do this.
Let's start with 2 lbs this week! That's what I need to maintain til March. Let's do this baby!
