Terms of Usage: 

As far of terms of usage, I don't really care what you do with her--use her as a base, make her have a hundred children, marry her to your legacy sim, whatever! All I ask is that 1) you don't claim her as your own, 2) don't change her genetics--unless you're berrifying her or changing her life status, and 3) if you're posting about her on tumblr, tag her with marlessims3blog so I can see what my baby's up to.

Apartment doors?

I may be the only one bothered to bits using a regular door without extra locks for an apartment/highrise, but yeah, doesn’t hurt to try.

TS2 had them, so why not TS3? :)

I'm finally uploading a world when I said I was…and at all. XD Because my “vision” for this world would require quite a bit of cc, I've decided to upload it entirely unbuilt. Part of me wants to say I'll upload the lots and such eventually…but I probably won't. XD If you've been following me for any amount of time, you'll know that I have the attention span of a gnat, and I can't possibly bring myself to complete a project. XD ANYWAYS. I hope you guys get some sort of use out of it and enjoy it! :D

There’s a total of 21 lots- 2 parks, 7 community lots, and 12 residential lots. Most of the residential lots are 12x12, but there’s three 15x18 lots. For the community lots, you’ll need to download some rabbithole rugs/doors. These can be found through a simple google search.

New wall flags!

I tried to be as inclusive as possible - if I’ve overlooked something, or if any of these flags are outdated, please let me know. §25, found under wall decor for all rooms. They’re also shiftable. The thumbnail shows a Late Night icon, but I’m pretty sure these are BG compatible.

Sims Del Ecuador Sneak Peek!

I'd like to introduce you to Luz Consuelo Arce Mata, a Guayaquilena Sim--and, if we're all very lucky, the first of many Sims Del Ecuador I'll upload. She's a 23-year-old from Guayaquil, Guayas Province, Ecuador, and I'm very pleased with how she's turned out.

This lovely lady is, hopefully, going to be up for download on ModTheSims within 24 to 96 hours. At that time, I'll make a formal download post.
