Yeah, if Discord was selling data to AI companies for use in training models (which they may be, they may not be), they wouldn't need to try to sneak in some bot to watch your activity and scoop up what you're making. They'd just give read credentials to the data scraper or query the databases they themselves own and send the data over that way. No need to try to be sneaky. No. The vocal bank that Miku's songs are based off are synthesized using the recordings of voices provided by a voice actor. The phonemes are arranged by typing lyrics and different stresses and pitches can be applied synthetically, but they do not use an LLM to generate these, nor really any machine learning (to my knowledge). It's more a remix of existing vocal performances than wholesale generation, which is what LLMs aspire to do.
