Throwback to possibly the biggest play of my career. Down 6 in double overtime in the regional playoffs against our biggest rival, Scott County. After blocking the extra point, I was able to snag this catch on 3rd and goal from the 20 to tie the game and ultimately push us through to the next round. Hadn't gotten a ton of recruiting traction to this point, and I was planning on just going to UK and studying computer programming. I was interviewed by the paper and I got a quote printed talking about how I was recruited by Yale and Harvard but probably couldn't afford it. The next week my coach from @pennfootball came to visit me at Dunbar and the rest, as they say, is history. Throwback to when I was younger and much dumber. I used to be too proud to admit when I needed help. I had the worst diet possible and did a horrible job of taking care of my body in general. Extremely humbled to have been honored for my recent sales success at the first quarter Bluegrass All Stars event. People have asked me what I do to set myself apart and I always tell them two things. First, you have to believe in your product. If you aren't fully bought in to what you are selling, you can't genuinely or honestly make an impression. Second, you have to treat people as humans to make a personal connection. Sales and customer service go hand-in-hand. Having your customer's best interests at heart will shine through if you can connect and develop trust. (at Kentucky)
