What does RITUAL mean to you? 🔮 For me, part of it includes setting Sacred space—doing so with reverence and INTENTIONALITY. 🔮 Having the opportunity to sit with others, learning practices, deepening knowledge, feeling and figuring out what resonates, as well as developing confidence and self-trust have all been part of my experience and growth with ritual. 🔮 It has been incredibly fulfilling to be stepping more and more into this work & practice—serving others as well as myself. 🔮 This is the beauty of practice and ritual—it’s personal, it’s sacred, and you’re fully welcome to keep it to yourself; there may also be a higher calling to share your light with others. 🔮 The moon ritual for example — what began as an inconsistent proclivity has become a regular offer in serving community. 🔮 Additionally, making the shift from routine to ritual, where what may have been automatic and thoughtless is able to become intentional and mindful. 🔮 This can bring one into presence, awareness and consciousness, allowing for deeper connection to the “more” / spirit / universe as well as to self. 🔮 This is the way of being in which I choose to exist. 🔮 @littlecopperlighthouse and I have created a potent Sacred space in our home for ritual and healing (as pictured).
