Burger Steak with Cream of Mushroom

Ingredients

Burger Patty:

1/2 kilo ground pork

1/2 kilo ground beef

1 egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs (panko)

Magic sarap

1/4 cup dried Rosemary

1 tbsp taragon

1 1/2 tbsp spanish paprika

Pepper

Olive oil

Cream of Mushroom Gravy:

1L of water

1 Knorr cream of mushroom (powder)

1 small can of mushroom

1 Campbell's cream of mushroom soup

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

Butter

Olive oil

Procedure

For Burger Patty

1. Ilagay ang ground pork and beef sa isang malaking mixing bowl

2. Maglagay ng 1 itlog, magic sarap, herbs/spices (rosemary,paprika, paminta, at taragon) at bread crumbs

3. Haluing Maigi

4. Gawing flat at ihugis sa bowl saka hatiin sa gitna. Hanggang sa may makukuha kang 8 parte.

5. Kumuha na kaukulang hati saka ibilog at ihugis patty 

6. Kapag nabuo mo ng ibilog ang 8 patty i-prito ito.

7. Maglagay ng konting olive oil sa cooking pan at lutuin ang mga ito (kung kasya 4 kada batch).

8. Lutuin ito hanggang sa mag brown ang labas (okay lang na di maluto ang gitna at ilalagay pa natin ito mamaya sa gravy para maluto hanggang luob)

9. Ilagay sa paper towel para mawala ang excess oil.

For Cream of Mushroom Gravy

1. Sa isang kaserola magpakulo ng tubig. Habang hinintay ito kumulo.. Yung pinaglutuan mo ng burger patty duon ka mag gigisa.

2. Ilagay ang konting olive oil at butter saka igisa ang garlic kapag ito ay kumulay light brown na saka isunod ang onion.. maghintay ng mga 2 minutes habang hinahalo ito isunod naman ang mushrooms (na natanggalan na ng sauce galing sa can) Igisa ito ng 2 pang minuto

3. Lagyan ng tubig galing sa pinakukuluan kanina.

4. Ilagay ang Knorr cream of mushroom soup powder sa tubig na kumukulo. Haluing Mabuti.

5. Saka isunod ang nagisa sa kaserola at haluing mabuti. Pakuluin.

6. Kapag kumulo na saka ilagay ang Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. Haluing Mabuti.

7. Maya maya ilagay ang mga patty at pakuluan ng 10-15 mins, para maluto ito ng lubusan

8. KAINAN NAAAA!!!
