Billy and Benny McGuire weighed over seven hundred pounds each and were even listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s heaviest twins! Believe it or not, they were actually trained to wrestle by none other than Gory Guerrero himself! Billy and Benny went on to wrestle for various NWA territories, but probably did best for themselves in Stampede. Heath McCoy’s excellent Pain and Passion: The History of Stampede Wrestling has a few stories about Billy and Benny. They even wrestled in Mexico and for New Japan! I don’t know about you, but you don’t have enough money to convince me to be on the receiving end of the McGuire steamroller!
