We’re getting pretty close to having adults who weren’t alive during 9/11, and we really need to admit at this point that the overemphasis on 9/11 in the US is just a propaganda machine to indoctrinate the younger generations into nationalism and to justify all the horrible war crimes the US committed in the Middle East, and the continued mistreatment and distrust towards refugees.

i think a big problem with how nontransfems treat terfs on here (though its more the idea of terfs than actual interactions with them) is that theyre seen not as violent transmisogynists but as a sort of universal enemy. when people say ‘terfs can choke’ or similar things its not out of a desire to protect trans women its out of wanting to seem woke & hatred of terfs not for a particular reason but just because they’re bad
