Christian Cahill and Kenichi Ishiguro

Pardon this introduction being brief. I am introducing so that you have a sense of each other when conversing.- Nick

Christian Cahill was born and raised in the United States. His native language is English. Recently graduated from the New England Conservatory music study. Christian’s background is in music though it may be more accurate to call him a sound artist. A lot of his thoughts dealing with the lack of material required in digital art, as well as the distortion of sound and culture through the internet.

Kenichi Ishiguro was born and raised in Japan. His native language is Japanese. Kenichi completed his undergraduate degree at Kyoto University of Art and Design, then went on to study a masters in Hiroshima followed by a second masters currently at Kyoto University of Art and Design. Kenichi’s work deals a lot with material, and how our relationship with material has evolved with technology.

石黒健一は日本に生まれて育った。母国語：日本語。石黒氏は京都造形芸術大学で学士号を受け、広島に行って修士号を受け、現在に京都造形芸術大学大学院で勉強している。石黒氏の実践では、マテリアルと人間の関係性がどのように技術と進化したかと考えている。
