You Let Me
You let me go to bed with worries stuck in my sheets,
Then you plunder me with some sort of treat
You let me sword and win alone the war you pose
When you felt that your inner demons rose,
You let me swim the drought bed of water
And when it is storming blood,
You let me bleed.
With all these tiny acts, I can feel
You let me, you let me go.

Punished
Please kindly hold this dear
Close to thy ear
Let yourself reminisce about the second you took the fall to rip what you waited so patiently to heal
It is the time of your becoming, the long awaited agony at the day of your hearing I command you to embrace the burning sensation of an unknown antipathy towards thyself
Anchored to the rigid judgement of fate in the morning at Twelve
You are found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Infinite misery-- this is your punishment.

What’s tougher than to take choices you never knew you would? Or say otherwise of what your heart shrieks?
What is more punishing than to keep it all in, just to keep everything and everyone arrayed?
Tell me a story of bravery that would go along with this unhappy story of selfless decisions along with the world’s selfishness
Say it so I know I’m not so lonely
Tell me this isn’t pain or feeling from being robbed, tell me I am yet to be bankrupt of chances
And comfort me, brush my hair a hundred times before you put me into some deep sleep
So before I can dream again,
I beg you to tell me this one last lie

It’s the little things
That we’re so afraid to verbalize
And they’re what we refuse to believe we need
They are what we stay dishonest for-
Why we put our masks on

Let me
To the last breath
Let me indulge
Up to my last second on this destructive world
If I jump, know that I want to thank you for letting me sink for this has always been my dream, the greatest accomplishment I will ever obtain. To reach the final ending of such hateful starts. To be able to finally see beyond. To free myself of the chains around my neck. To finally be able to breathe without having to constantly catch some.

Quote
The only purpose we have on Earth is to love
Jazrine B.
I came crying as I ran to my person that day, like I usually would and blurt out how I couldn’t find my purpose in life. (Well, actually, we take turns in doing this.) And she’d always tell me that God isn’t too difficult on us, that He was straight up clear on what He wanted us to do here, which is to love.
