Normalize apologising to your children. No matter how old they are, if you know they're hurting and YOU are the reason, you owe them an apology. You're basically teaching them It's okay to lash out and not apologise.

No wonder why your kids a drug addict or turns out to hate you so much. But YOU didn’t do anything wrong now, did you? Ask yourself.

Apologising is always easier than a lifelong regret. Tread carefully.
