oh boy! This has to be one of the most expensive dishes I've ever made.. (￣～￣;) my wallet isn't happy with me.. but my tummy is! Hokkaido scallops sauteed in a homemade fennel and leek oil, laid on a bed of a dark soy sauce and dashi risotto. Topped off with roasted turnips, fennel, and leek and steamed lobster tails. Added some of the fennel leaves, paprika, and micro mustard greens for a pop of color. Shot on fujifilm x-t30

Wagyu prime rib with a beef fat and maple gravy. Served with garlic and fennel roasted potatoes and carrots, and toasted brioche. Made this with my best friend! Shot on Fujifilm x-t30. @revenege helped me make it!
