Nakhoda Masjid Kolkata
Nakhoda Masjid is the largest mosque in Kolkata, located in the central part of the city at Rabindra Sarani, near Burrabazar. Built in 1926, it was commissioned by Abdar Rahim Osman, a Gujarati Muslim businessman, and modeled after the Mughal architectural style, resembling the Akbar’s tomb in Sikandra, Agra.
