Pitaya Dragon Cookie as a regressor! (Cookie Run Kingdom agere/agedre)

First things first, Pitaya will only regress if they're absolutely comfortable with whoever's with them/looking after them. They can't risk showing a weakness (at least, that's how they see it) this large to just anyone.

They usually regress after a particularly hard fight, especially if it's one they thought they would win.

Their frustration would be particularly high, their anger boiling, nagging at themself to challenge their opponent for a rematch, but they feel so slow and tired and everything hurts—

And suddenly they just want a break. It's a shameful thing to admit to themself, not that they ever would.

Before it's obvious that they're little, they'll usually sulk around, being irritable and grumpy, and then lashing out if anyone presses them about it, which'll lead to a tantrum, and then they'll completely regress.

While they're regressed, they either cling to their caregiver and make unintelligible dragon noises—hissing, purring, weird clicking sounds, quiet growls, etc.—or sleep, or just play pretend, in an imaginary world where they're still the biggest, strongest dragon. Their draconic pride is unshakable, even when they're tiny.

They regress to about 4-8 years old, sometimes a bit older if they still have some energy.

They love to play-fight, be told stories, and go on pretend adventures.

Do they need padding? Not all the time. But it does help them feel smaller and safer when they want to.

Will they eat properly? No. At least, they won't be aware of actually needing to. Why would they? That's more of a Cookie thing, sitting down to eat a meal with their parent. And they're having so much fun with their cg...

So, yes, their cg will probably need to bait them to eat their breakfast with "if you wanna grow up big and strong, you gotta eat your food". This works most of the time.

Do they have tantrums after they've fully regressed? Yes, of course. It's not just that one previously mentioned lash-out. If something doesn't go their way, or if they're grumpy/embarrassed about feeling so weak, they'll definitely scream and cry more than a little.

Do they use any little gear besides padding? Yes! Chewables like teethers are almost always in their mouth. They need to keep their fangs sharp, after all, and they act almost like pacifiers to them.

Also, if Pitaya doesn't have teethers, they'll end up chewing on a table leg—or, worse, their caregiver's arm.

Their favorite nicknames are "hatchling", "tiny terror", "little flame/spark", and "dragonet". But if they're really little, they don't mind anything that their cg calls them.

Who's looked after them? Hollyberry Cookie almost always acts as their caregiver when she has time. The first few times she's done so, she felt apprehensive, maybe even a bit guilty. It had been a while since she took care of a freshly-baked Cookie since her son, and she didn't want to mess up again...but everything went smoothly, more or less (Pitaya nearly burnt down one of the rooms in the Hollyberry Castle).

Royal Margarine Cookie has seen Pitaya almost regress once or twice, and he knows a little about it from Hollyberry. When he tries to awkwardly talk about it with the dragon Cookie, they'll scowl at him and give him the silent treatment. But Pitaya does trust the wyvern rider—just enough to let their guard down a little.

TELLY as a cg!! (Date Everything agere/agedre)

(this is my first time posting caregiver headcanons AND I'm sleepy, so if it's messy that's why lmao)

if they're your partner or just your friend, no matter--they'll know that something's up when you're regressed. their favorite viewer isn't acting like their usual self, and that worries them...

at least, until they get a handle on what's going on.

"Feelin' teeny today? Don't you fret, little cadet--papa Telly's got everything taken care of, m'kay?"

had a bad day? he'd sit you down on the couch, pop your paci in your mouth (if you use one) snuggle you up in a blanket, prepare popcorn or whatever other snack you'd like, and play some calming little cartoons.

they give you kisses on the top of your head and constantly check in with you throughout the day to make sure you're okay. they don't like to leave their little audience starved of attention.

however, if your head starts hurting, or if you've just had enough TV, he actually understands--you're such a little thing, and he doesn't want to overwhelm you while you're regressed!

Telly does love cuddling with you--it's one of the only times where they're completely quiet.

he also ADORES playing pretend. like seriously he will put all his energy into playing pretend with you.

they specialize in not only cartoons, but bedtime stories as well. they can imagine a fun tale on the dot, but always make sure it has a happy ending, and it's not too scary (especially after they accidentally got too into one of their stories and made it a drama).

they're not embarrassed at all about being a doting caregiver in front of any other dateable, either. they'll pepper you with loving kisses and snuggles anywhere if you want them.

he is going to loudly announce that there's a baby/toddler in his arms if he's carrying you when he needs to pass by someone (or multiple someones). "Baby on board! Little one comin' through, right behind you! Kiiiindly STEP ASIDE!" and then immediately go back to cooing "you okay, lil' buddy?" at you.

so in short this man does NOT play about uppies, piggybacks, or just carrying you around the entire house.

"You met my newest viewer yet? 'Say hello to my little friend'--(Name)!'"

def the "fun parent" that grabs you fast food when he doesn't cook beforehand, spoils you, and lets you have almost-unlimited screentime.

he's obviously more gentle with you when you're regressed/age dreaming though, and he pays closer attention to stuff like your bedtime, how much TV you've watched (even if it pains them for you to stop watching them), and if you've eaten enough/drank enough water for today.

they'll also censor their content much more when you're regressed. "You wanna watch this, baby? Ah-ah-ah--check the age rating. No can do, lil' crew! Let's watch somethin' more your style, huh?"
