Not sure if relevant to your blog, but the comments disturbed me so much and I needed to share this somewhere. Everyone is telling this woman that she's in the wrong because "daddy is a sexual word, you made him horny, lol".

Is this really where we are at? Men hear the word "daddy" and immediately get turned on, even when used in the context of kids. The woman joked that their imaginary kids missed their daddy and both he and the men in the comment section saw that as an invite to be kinky, and blames the woman for leading him on. Classic.

tras usually start with defining a woman by the persons identification with the label woman. down the debate it usually leads to arguing about "passing" like "what about a passing transwoman going out at night and a man catcalls him/the tw goes to a public restroom and nobody bats an eye, doesn't that confirm he's a woman because he's treated like one" etc. but if it were that a man identifying male dressed up feminine and passed as a woman and went out at night, got catcalled or went to a restroom and nobody cared, i very much doubt tras would claim he's a woman because he doesn't identify as one. so that argument or rather tought experiment doesn't really hold any water and is useless waste of time because in the end it's still about the identification.

same way that now that women are majority in university graduates in many places and just generally achieving better than males, higher education is deemed useless but actually at the same time it's a crisis that males aren't as represented or well achieving as women. so it's an emergency males can't get to aqcuire "useless" degrees not that it's just a smoke screen to say that education is important and it's that they want to have males educated rather than women. because it was never a problem when education was males' arena. because educated women marry less and have children less. it's a threat to males and the current social system.

when the topic is males and male children underachieving in education, it seems there's two opposite reasons given usually by males. either the schooling system is built for girls in a way that

a. it's too unactive and sitting for hours is just something males can't do

or it's

b. it's too interactive and social and males need a strong male authority figure instead of a lousy woman teacher to tell them to shut up and sit still.

the argument that it's built for girls and women is so baffling too. like mostly it's still just sitting quiet and listening and then writing and taking a few tests. like it was when education was male dominated. make it make sense. males just hate educated girls and women.
