Hi, I'm raising some money to help my family with the bills of next month. I live with my mom, and she just lost her job, and I still couldn't find one that fit between my college classes, and I really don't want to drop out, so im sharing this because it's something i can do for now and art is something I really enjoy, so if you could share this, I'll be very grateful 🩷

Vampire Eddie who uses mind whammy powers to get his victims to sit on his lap so he can drink his snack in comfort. His powers makes humans go into a blank state with no memory of anything happening afterwards. One night Eddie meets Steve and Eddie's not even hungry Steve is just so hot and smells so good that he has to have a taste. He invites Steve to his booth at a club or whatever, and Steve happily agrees. Once there Eddie commands Steve to straddle his lap. Steve enthusiastically does so. Eddie bites him, and Steve moans. Mind whammied people don't have any emotion or feel anything, so Eddie pulls away in shock. Steve pouts at him for stopping. Turns out Steve is immune to mind powers but is Very Down to be kinky with the hottest guy he's ever seen.
And then they fuck about it.

Steve is a certified clinger when he sleeps.
It used to drive Tommy crazy before it was weird for them to share a bed. He’d wake up sweating because Steve runs two hundred degree hotter than anyone alive and he’s sleeping practically on top of him.
Nancy doesn’t hate cuddling but when she’s done, she’s done. Sleep Steve does not get that memo.
For a while after their second run in with the upside down, Dustin was having trouble falling asleep so Steve came over and slept on his floor. Him being there was actually really helpful.
Dustin waking up because Steve grabbed his foot dangling off the side of the bed was not.
Robin doesn’t mind the clinging or the heat, but Steve drools so much in his sleep and she keeps waking up with wet hair. She remedied this by being big spoon. He can drool in the other direction, thank you very much.
Eddie loves every aspect of Steve sleeping over to the point that he’s writing music about it that, “Will never see the light of day, Munson! You’re not preforming a song about my retainer!”

second scoop’s free
for @steddiemicrofic prompt ‘experiment’
rated t | 398 words | no cw | tags: scoops Steve era, alternate meeting, bisexual Steve Harrington, flirting
🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦
He could just kiss Jonathan. He’d do it. He’s a good sport.
But he’s with Nancy and that feels wrong for a lot of reasons.
He doesn’t know anyone else who’d be cool with him kissing him to see if he’s into guys. Anyone else who might be okay with it might not be cool with being part of his experiment.
It’s just that his flirting has felt a little…boring. All summer he’s been trying to get a date and his heart’s just not in it. He knows he’s not bringing his best, he just doesn’t know why.
Robin thinks it’s because he’s a loser and a dingus, but he knows it’s deeper than that. His fall from grace wasn’t so bad that no girls are interested in him. He hopes.
It’s more likely that he’s just not interested, doing it all because everyone expects him to. A quiet-but-growing-louder-by-the-day voice in his head is telling him it’s because he finds himself wishing he could flirt with the guys that come in on their break from working at the department store or the other places in the food court.
The bell at the counter rings and he blinks himself back to reality.
“You good, dude?” Eddie Munson is at the counter, a few of his friends standing behind him, fighting over what flavor they want to get as if it even needs to be an argument.
“Yeah. What, uh, what can I get for you guys?” Steve isn’t doing the whole speech for them. They’ve been here at least eight times this summer; They know it.
“I’ll take my usual. These idiots are on their own,” Eddie pulls out his wallet and shifts through what looks like barely enough money to cover his ice cream. “Actually. Just one scoop today.”
Steve squints, but doesn’t push. He scoops one large butterscotch scoop into a cone and then adds a second one. He’s not gonna charge him.
Eddie doesn’t notice until Steve’s already closed the register.
“Wait. I only paid for one.”
Steve grins, leans forward on the counter. “Second scoop is free for cute guys.”
It’s so much easier than it’s been all summer for him to flirt, even if it is the dumbest thing he’s done in a long time. Eddie’s eyes widen before he smirks back.
“That offer good all summer?”
“If you want.”
Eddie winks. “I do.”

After they get together, Steve and Eddie decide to wait a little before telling the news to their friends and family. This means that they need to be sneaky if they want to have some alone time to themselves.
They don’t last a week before Wayne catches up with what is happening.
Steve thinks he’s being so smart and sly, using Eddie’s bedroom window to get in and out without being noticed when Wayne is home.
Then one night, Steve is climbing down Eddie’s window when he hears someone clearing their throat behind him. Steve loses his grip and falls down the last few feet, landing on his back in the building’s yard. When he opens his eyes, Wayne Munson is staring down at him; arms crossed over his chest, but clearly trying not to laugh.
He helps Steve up, waiting patiently for the boy to recover whatever dignity he’s got left.
“Please use the door next time, Harrington,” Wayne says, patting Steve’s shoulder briefly before walking back inside.

Steddie where Steve works as a florist in the family shop and Eddie, who’s terribly allergic to pollen, is always making up excuses to go there and see him.
Eddie buys flowers every week, even though his eyes get all itchy and red and his nose is runny. Steve is always kind to him; listens to Eddie’s poor attempts at small talk and seems more than happy to share funny stories about the weird customers they get in the shop. Eddie is halfway in love by the end of his second visit.
This lasts for a couple of months, until one day, whilst he’s working on the bouquet Eddie asked for, Steve says, “I hope your girlfriend forgives you soon.”
Eddie stops, the kleenex he was about to use to clean his nose still in his hand. “My what now?”
“Your girlfriend. The one you’re buying these for?”
“There’s no girlfriend, dude.”
Steve’s eyes wide, guilty. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to assume. I had no idea it was a boyfriend.”
“There’s no boyfriend either!” Eddie squeaks, distressed.
“There’s not?”
“No! Why would you even think that?”
“Because you’re always crying when you’re here. I thought someone had dumped you and you’ve been trying to apologize to them.”
“I’m not crying, I just have allergies!”
“Oh.”

the concept of the fruity four (five with jonathan) all leaving hawkins and sharing an apartment together, living the chaotic, can-barely-pay-rent-but-somehow-still-thriving new yorker dream. ramen dinners, mismatched furniture, yelling over who forgot about the sock on the doorknob rule, pretending to be long-distance family visiting because the lease only allows three tenants, no one knowing which towel is actually theirs, the kids visiting for a weekend and steve having to make up an excuse why he and eddie are sharing a bed. the chaos, the tension, pure magic. i need it.
