Here's a storyboard to final animation comparison of my boards for the grocery store sequence in last year's Alane Adams Studio's kids original short Rufus the Rhino. Definitely a little late posting this. The entire team from background artists, character designers, riggers, and animators, to compositing, editing, sound, music, and of course directing and production did such an incredible job and it's always such a joy to see what such a talented crew does with some rough scribbles. Here's a storyboard to final comparison of my boards for Smudge, a short by Alane Adams Studios.

Here, the main character Smudge enters the Inkling Society with the hopes of sharing their story and being accepted into the society as an author.

This was a fun and challenging project to work on. Thanks to our incredible team who made this a reality including our executive producers @alaneadamsofficial and Benjamin Clarke, @mags.s.koo and @sara_z_champion who turned my scribbles into beautiful concepts and backgrounds, @se.moart on character and prop design, @lavoydesign for voice direction, @brenna.powers for direction, our production manager @joharadutton and coordinator @cssyrs ,and the rest of our team of amazing animators, riggers, and editors at @alaneadamsstudios

Last year I had the opportunity to do the storyboards for a short called RAKO the Robot for Alane Adams Studios. Here's a comparison video of a couple sequences of my thumbnail animatic to the final animation. Unfortunately, due to unexpected family circumstances, I only had a week and a half to plan, stage, and put together a working animatic before handing it off to production and traveling for two weeks, and I wasn't able to take it past the thumbnail stage. Fortunately the animators did such an incredible job interpreting my scribbles and adding so many fun ideas to the character acting, and the whole crew from design to compositing, to sound and editing, really knocked it out of the park.

Shout out to @mags.s.koo for the beautiful background and concept designs, @se.moart for the quirky appealing character designs, @mjsella for guiding the animation style, and @lavoydesign for his direction.
