Last month was a very tough month for me personally. My childhood dog, Kasey, became very ill and I genuinely thought my time with her was up at a few points. It turns out she had a growth in her intestine. She wasn’t eating and she wasn’t herself, which was really heartbreaking to witness, on top of feeling guilty for having moved out a few months prior. I’m happy to report that she recovered from surgery very well, and despite receiving chemo treatments now, she’s like normal again. Here’s to years of more squirrel chasing.
