Alright everyone the results are in. So I signed up for a 30 day fitness challenge on April 1st and have been following a strict diet and exercise regimen which has been absolute torture! TORTURE!! The transformation is very slight at best. I lost almost 3 lbs and gained some chest hair and jewelry. But the takeaway from it all is not that I transformed my body, it’s that I was able to harness sheer willpower to get through it and that’s all that matters. I’m proud of myself for being able to overcome temptations and prove that I can be dedicated to something no matter how awful it is. So today I pay myself on the back and eat pizza and burgers 🍕 🍔 Happy quarantine everyone!!
