I love Benny in FNV because it’s the only time I’ve seen an rpg have a characyer try to pass a speech check on you. The guy uses his full speech skill in order to try and sweettalk you into letting him out of there alive and fuck I fell for it on my first play through. It really makes me empathize with the NCPs I’ve swindled thanks to a high speech skill
