Vine Trellis
I bought a Thompson Seedless Grape plant from Home Depot last year and already had a two year old boysenberry plant growing in a pot and I needed to transplant them into the ground. I had no idea on what the right climbing trellis would be for both plants, as I wanted the same design for both. As always, I went on the trusted youtube.com to figure it out. There a few different types of trellis a person can build but I choice the best one for me and it is pretty easy to construct and worked well this last summer.
The trellis system I choice to build contains 4 one way wire vises that hold the wire tight between the post. You feed the wire in one direction and the wire vises holds it and will not let it back out, as you pull to tighten the wire. These things are really cool, I loved working with them, but they are hard to find. The big box store do not have them and many nurseries don't carry them, but I did find them on Amazon.com along with the wire. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

A quick side note: I am not expert on grape or boysenberry vines but learning as I go.
Materials:
2 4 X 4 Pressure Treated Post
2 Bags of Post Concrete
4 Wire Vises
1 Roll of 8,9, 10 or 11 gauge galvanized wire
Construction:
Step 1: Dig two holes 2 feet deep, 8-10 feet apart in a straight line.
Step 2: Place one 4X4 post in each hole.
Step 3: Level each post and pour wet concrete in each hole and let dry.
Step 4: Measure up and mark from the ground 2' and 5'. Or use what ever distant you feel you need.
Step 5: Drill a hole at the marks the size of the Wire Vise, with a wood boring bit.
Step 6: Install and screw in Wire Vises into the hole.
Step 7: Feed wire trough Wire Vises.
Step 8: Make a loop on the end of the wire and pull tight to tighten wire.
