Kannur

The austere scenery is dotted with temples and communities and consists of snowcovered mountains and alpine meadows. The Rohtang Tunnel has made it simpler to get to the Spiti Valley, a centre of Buddhist culture, as The Times of India reported back in 2017. 
Tsampa, a roasted flour porridge with cultural importance since pinches of it are frequently used in Buddhist rituals, is one local dish you must sample when here. 
Majuli
Tourists are increasingly visiting Majuli, an island in the Brahmaputra River in Assam. The lovely flat terrain is ideal for cyclists, and for the few westerners who choose to make the 24-hour ride from Calcutta, bamboo huts provide a genuine and heartwarming place to stay. If you go, be sure to taste the fish and chicken from Pamnam, which are often roasted in banana leaves. Palitana

The Khichdi and Kadhi, also known as Bajra no rotlo, guvarnushaak, is a traditional meal of the Kutch area. Growing in an Indian household, we reminisce fondly back on the simplistic traditions that made it special, including eating biryani, the very well meal of rice and chicken flavored with masala that gave Hyderabad, throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh, its name. The Andhra dishes prove the Mughal influence. In general, it is excessively spicily hot. Each of the various cooking styles popular in Karnataka, notably Mysore, Dharwad, Mangalore, Shimoga, Coorg, and Konkani, has a distinct flavor and character. The cuisine of Karnataka would contain more sugar and jaggery. South Indian cuisine has excellent flavor, is nutritious, and is generally acknowledged as a source of therapeutic food. South Indian cuisine includes the main ingredients—curry leaves, coriander, Asafetida, pepper and peppercorns, tamarind, chilies, and fresh herbs have therapeutic potential.

Maredumalli. Maredumilli Forests of East Godavari District is 90 km from Rajahmundry city. Maredumilli has rich biodiversity and the area has semi-permanent forests with rolling terrain that forms part of the Eastern Ghats. MaredumilliCommunity Conservation and Ecotourism Area is located on the Maredumilli – Bhadrachalam road, nearly 4 km. far from Maredumilli village. The area has many streams that flow over undulating rocks in deep forests and every visitor will feel an exciting experience in nature. 
One of South India & most prominent states includes Tamil Nadu. In additional to remembering us of the sweetness of common dish like Idlis, Uthappam, Dosas, Rassam, and Sambhar that also are loved here and all over the world. Another important South Indian state is Kerala. Fish and steaming rice, typically made with large grains, are the staple foods of the Keralites. The food of Andhra Pradesh is famous for being hot and spicy. South Indian food is usually consumed in Banana leaves. Banana leaves are used to serve South Indian cuisine. Eating on a banana leaf is thought to be healthy and has medical benefits. The other foods were arranged on the banana leaf with the rice in the center.
