currently thinking about bau!reader who is whimsical and fun but also a genius and like totally has a crush on hotch and thinks that she is good at keeping it a secret but everyone in the office knows. and hotch thinks its cute how she thinks she is keeping it a secret but he never fails to notice her blushing or fidgeting around him. hotch has a crush on her too but isnt as obvious about it. rossi only figured it out when he saw hotch refilling the snack cabinet on the jet with her favorite candy. the rest of the team slowly picks up on hotch reciprocating her crush.
