you don’t realize how bad it is until you start noticing that impatience has become common currency. watching a full 2-hour movie from the comfort of your couch is torture - even a 25-minute series episode is too much. you can’t stand still while waiting for the bus without reaching out for your phone and opening something - any app, even to check the weather for the millionth time that day.

even conversations are suddenly taking too long, and when you look around, you start hearing all these absurd stories of how people are skipping paragraphs while ‘reading’ books because they think descriptions are boring or just ‘need to’ finish faster to reach their reading goals.

Introduction

Hi my name is Milkie. This is my first post which is just going to be an introduction to all my hobbies.

Reading is one of my main hobbies. My favorite author is Ali Hazelwood. Some of my favorite books are Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston, Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree, Icebreaker by Hannah Grace, and most of Ali Hazelwoods books. here’s a link to my Goodreads for more info about my reading: https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/141569485

Another hobby of mine is listening to music. I enjoy many genres, but mainly K-Pop. Some of my favorite artists aside from the K-Pop genre are: Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, Ariana Grande, Twenty One Pilots, Ghost, Laufey, Wave to Earth, and Beabadoobee. In the genre of K-Pop I have a lot of groups I stan. Groups I stan (with biases included) are: NCT (my ULTs, Bias is Yuta, Jiung, Ten, & Jaehyun), Seventeen (S.coups & Vernon), Zerobaseone (Gunwook & Jiwoong), TomorrowXTogether (Taehyun), TWS (Kyungmin), Enhypen (Sunghoon), Stray Kids (I.N.), Ateez (San), New Jeans (Danielle & Haerin), Twice (Jeongyeon), BTS (Jin), XG (Harvey), ITZY (Ryujin).

There are also other groups I am vaguely familiar with and enjoy their music but don’t necessarily stan them.
