How in the fuck did I not lose with the repeated 72 hr fasts? Even my 'binge' the other day would have kept me under maintenance for the day. I have been in a major calorie deficit this week and I fucking GAINED .2LB. someone explain this shit.
Today was supposed to be a fast day for ADF but I'm seeing my ex-girl friend on Friday and she's gonna want to get food so I'm gonna break at 16 hrs today and do omad then start 36 hr through tomorrow so I can eat on Friday. ADF seems to work better than the 72hr fasts anyway. Fuck it.

Breaking my fast 72.5 hrs. The only goal is to not binge. I had a cup of veggie broth. I'll have something with probiotics next. Then I'm going to go to bed and start back in ADF tomorrow. Hopefully that will prevent the binge that normally comes with longer fasts for me.

Why can I fast for days but can't manage to not binge once I give myself permission to eat 🙄🙄 back at it with a goal of 48 hrs.

Had a day out with mum yesterday and while it was definitely lovely I went over on my food. I'm 23 hrs into a fast now. The goal is 72hrs. I managed 62 last week so I'm hopeful.

Told myself I could break my fast at 60 hrs instead of 72 IF I was out of the 230s and I am 229.2 this morning. I just hit 60 hrs. I will probably keep fasting for a bit longer but will take a lunch to work with me and break later.
Milestone is that I am no longer "severely obese" and am now only "moderately obese". I still have a long way to go but consistent progress is so motivating.
