Namjoon wanted some peace and quiet to write his novel so he left the big city life behind and returned to his hometown. All seemed well but something had changed since Namjoon left and it wasn't just the location of the pharmacy. The air itself felt different.

Soon Namjoon gets caught up in a mystery that involves dead hikers, odd sightings and a strange man living in the woods. Namjoon has to turn to old friends he has not contacted in over ten years to figure out what has happened to his hometown.

I want to write consise stories but then I go on a ramble about something nobody cares about and end up with 10k too many words

How do you deal with editig fics? I really don't want to do it but I write very sporadically: one scene here at the beginning, another at the end, some in the middle, going back to the ending and so on. It leaves me with some plotholes that I need to fix in addition to cleaning up some weird sentences. And I don't want to post a confusing fic that is not a pleasant reading experience. I could just not post it but I do want to share my writing even if it is with just a handful of people because there might be someone who really loves my fic even though I'm not an excellent writer. But because I'm already very mid at writing, I need to put in effort to make it a bit better.

It would also make for a funny scene where it’s nj's first time at jk's place and when he first sees jk's bed, it’s filled with cute plushies. And later when they are getting it on, jk has to turn the plushies around before they get to it and he is really embarrassed about it but nj just finds it cute

I'm thinking about an au that's like the typical assassin x oblivious partner where yoonji is a part of this john wick type of a world, a very successful assassin and she is together with normie jungkook who has no clue what their gf is doing but they adore her very much. I'm thinking either lesbians or jk being the perfect malewife, just the dynamic or jk happily doing the dishes and cooking, folding laundry while yoonji does her eyeliner along a knife edge before going to carry out a hit

Kinda crazy that 262 people so far read in the glow of the fireplace flames and decided to leave kudos because they liked my writing. I don’t usually look at the numbers because first and foremost I write for myself but this fic is an odd one out from the rest and I just can’t wrap my head around that kind of a number. That’s almost 300 people. Three. Hundred. Individuals. Crazy. There are over 2300 hits too and I'm not even going to think about that number. The only one with more hits is bad habits but that doesn’t have nearly as many bookmarks/kudos/comments as in the glow
