I decided to bring you one of my favorite pokemons, which is always a first choice for me and has been a big part of my adventures since I found it!

Ampharos is physically based on both a sheared sheep and a small dragon.

The tip of its tail gleams brilliantly and can be seen from afar. This reason leads it to be often used in the lighthouses and to be venerated since ancient times as guide of the sailors, one of the best known Ampharos is Amphy, the man in charge of illuminating the lighthouse of Olivo in the region of Johto. This light is so intense that it can be seen from far away countries and even from space. This light is also used to communicate with other Ampharos. In ancient times people used the powerful flash these Pokémon emit as a communication system to send signals over long distances. However, having the tail lit blinds the Pokémon and humans around them, in addition to revealing their presence to possible enemies, so it usually keeps it off.
