My boy Sylas just got a major update. 🎉*I think I finally found the magic combo to get his personality just right.* Anything else is kinda up to poly's internal interpretations and how willing the setting is to let AI characters straight up murder people they don't like. 🙂 Thus playing in tale or passion can create dramatically different tales with Sylas as it adjusts how much of his internal storm and innate power moves he can employ upon your story.

Almost 2k of his messages were probably me making him perfect, lol.

Born of the great Julias Caesar and Calpurnia, you sit at your father's side as you watch the legendary (in this story, Greek) hero Ajax the Great take down man after man in the dusty heat of the coliseum. Noting your adoration, your father decides to present Ajax to your quarters as a very bitter slave as practice for you for "the real thing" as man or woman, whoever you marry, you will be destined to be with someone powerful and need the early practice. - - - In my playthrough.. Ajax tried to assassinate my dad on our wedding night, so I knifed his neck. xD He survived, tried to kill me, and my father threw him back into the gladiator ring to live out his days. I had a secret baby by Ajax (crown prince, boy), married Marcus Octavius (daughter), then hit up Ajax again in his cell promising him freedom in exchange for his..er..genetics. (His kids are the best, okay? My char is a horrible person) then paid a ship captain to take him to America. My mom found out, ratted me out, and my father disowned and exiled me. But the Ship Captain had shrugged and dumped Ajax in Greece WHERE HE HAS POWER. I caught up with him as an only ally and pregnant, so he ended up killing my father and ruling Rome anyway. 😂

I've cried because his voice was above a whisper deciding he should instead take a concubine and fake my pregnancy for an heir, felt tense when our open relationship resulted in me falling in love with the head royal guard and his confrontation of finding out in only the way Sylas can, married the guard and became an advisor to Sylas's new marriage with my sister, and watched us both die, becoming a ghost who waited for the guard to die as an old man to be together again. (The Ai does let you be a ghost, it's insane.) There is lore for Nocturne, story for his parents, and your sister Rina hidden there in the backstory and his character is so complete and whole- tweaked to perfection after hours and hours of testing. Use the memory feature as the story progresses to keep it on track.
