My idea of "joy" and "joyful" might be different for me than it might be for others.

And that's okay!

My idea of joy is complex.

Sometimes people see my posts as sad actually. But to me it's part of the process. Sharing my story is cathartic. I need the release.

People are always going to judge.

The judgements of others are not mine to carry.

I am light.

I owe it to myself to heal first.

My healing is not a threat to anyone's path. I'm just growing and evolving.

What I express is up to me to decide.

How I express it is for my heart to decide.

May everyone walk their own paths in whatever energy or frequency moves you.
