when reminded that otter in Estonian is 'saarmas', I can't help but wonder the word's origins. did Estonians collectively decide it was too cute after confronting the animal. ('sina -> sa' is a pronoun 'you'. 'armas' means 'adorable, lovely'). you. adorable.
