mogai is an art form, with many people putting time, effort, and labor into making flags and terms for the mogai community. so with that being said, why are we using ai? not only is ai harmful for the environment, poisoning water, air, and people around us, but it's generally lazy and produces slop. there are neighborhoods in the united states that are being poisoned by ai, including a historically black neighborhood in south memphis, tennessee.

mogai is about creativity. if you need help with a term, flag ids, etc, ask for help with them! there're many different accounts and people who will id your flags for you, if you can't do it yourself. you can't create with ai, only generate and poison the environment with something that others can help with you with. im sick and tired of seeing ai in the mogai community and i don't think anyone who knows what ai does to the environment and people would stand on ai, so why use it in a community where creativity shines?

Associated with the mythological Goat Boy, this is the phenomenon of being hairy only below the waist. This is sometimes a stage of development for cubs in their late teens or early twenties. The mini love trail is present.

The colors I’ve chosen are eyedroppered from various pieces of greek pottery depicting mythology, and are meant to be similar to the colors of the original bear brotherhood flag. Forced HRT Survivor Flag

I was debating posting something so vulnerable but I’ve made more peace with this part of my life so I’ve decided to share this flag I made.

I’m a survivor of forced HRT. In other words, I was put under HRT that I didn’t fully agree to all in the name of me maintaining society’s perisex views of femininity. (Thankfully I’ve taken full control of my medical care and am feeling much better <3)

The budding rose in the middle alongside the petals falling from it represent forced change yet still remaining beautiful and whole all the same.

While undergoing forced HRT, it was very hard for me to stay alive due to the disabling side effects of hormones I wasn’t supposed to be on so I added a heart rate symbol. Lastly I made it purple due to it being a more gender neutral color.

My take on a Two-Spirit flag !

A pal asked for my take on a Two-Spirit flag, and I happily followed through, I present you with the Land Ocean Sun Two-Spirit (LOS 2S) flag. I created this not to walk over other flags but to contribute to the community.

Color meanings

The colors matching to the land, ocean, and sun are quite obvious. (Greens, blues, yellows, and oranges) but I do have other meanings associated with these.

Blues, ocean, or water. Water can be as calm as it can be ferocious, and identity can feel this way as well. The blues, with the water connection, also represent fluidity. They also represent tranquility and being at peace with one's Two-Spirit identity.

The orange and yellow, the sun. High in the sky and shining bright, representing the beauty and pride and resilience of Two-Spirit people. This also represents being loud and proud and taking up the space we deserve because our voices matter. These stripes should be a reminder of that.

The white/off-white/beige stripe, the self and experience. White is a color that can mean nothing or everything. White, referring to light through a prism, is made up through many colors. Sort of how Two-Spirit experiences can range.

The greens, land, and nature. This represents balance, happiness, and overcoming hardships within one's Two-Spirit experience and identity, and also our history. This also represents the physical world and how the elements around us and the responsibilities we hold with our identities may affect the way our identities are presented or felt.

Flag design: Purple to represent a mixture of femininity and masculinity, represented with blue and red respectively, and in a gradient from cool (blue-toned) purple to warm (pink-toned) purple to further represent how both are present. Purple is also a color often associated with royalty (due to the dye to make bold, rich purples being quite expensive and thusly only affordable to royals), and fictional vampires are often associated with or are royalty. The symbol is a gradient because honestly I just thought it looked cool.

may i ask for an 'anti-endo c-did system' flag?

no, not here you can't! although my flags are for everyone, including those who i do not align views with as i believe flags should be gifted to the community & not tied to the beliefs of their creators, i am not comfortable making an anti-endo flag.

while i doubt someone who'd send this kind of ask would be receptive to a total stranger trying to sway their opinion i would like to tell you why, if you'll hear me, and so that people who see this post might learn to understand why people like me are open and accepting of endo- and other system origins.

to start off: i am a c-did system, and it is of my belief that DID and OSDD systems do require traumatic events to form - just other types of systems don't under every circumstance. and, as DIDOSDD is underresearched (for good reason! getting hard statistics outside of theories would require intentional traumatization of test parties, which i would never stand for)

the biggest reason is generally because, frankly, a HUGE part of dissocative disorders (especially since systemhood is linked quite intrinsically to the category - though symptoms of OCD can often present as plurality vis a vis fully communicative "others" in your mind) is that you are not going to remember things!! a notable percentage of endogenic systems i have known ended up realizing that they do in fact have trauma that tied to their system, and that they had simply discovered they were a system before they had discovered their trauma. being hostile or forcing parties to accept that they are traumatized before it is safe to is pretty bad for the mental state, generally.

and - again, the point most people tend to hear - under-research! but i'd like to frame it in a different perspective, if you'll hear me out, which is a bit dipped in alethology: the "truth" is everchanging, and not inherently correct! for a very long time, it was "true" that the earth was flat, and credible scientists would craft disproven theories! the dinosaurs are a really great example for this - for a long time people had no idea what those remains are, and many scientists had theorized they may have been biblical creatures such as giants

again: anti-endos are allowed to use my flags. i will not bar you from using my flags, because i think flags should be for everyone. i cannot restrict your identity nor do i find it right to do so on a moral standpoint. just know i do stand with my endo followers, and i will not tolerate people trying to isolate them for an experience they are doing their best to label.

the term endogenic did come explicitly from the community wanting to ensure they weren't intruding on DIDOSDD spaces, after all. i do encourage most anti-endos (and general syscoursers) to try and rationalize that - why would they make a term to distinguish themselves if they wanted to take over trauma-based spaces?

the answer is they don't. they just want to be able to live as they are - and it isn't their fault that they are experiencing what they label as plurality. and if they think that's what it is, who am i to deny them? i'm not in their head! "plural" and "system" aren't official medical terms, and they aren't a diagnosis

i tried not to ramble here but i did anyway. whups.
