Scum villain AU where the peak lords are all 50s style bored bitchy housewives that run their HOA like the navy.

It’s not a gender bend. Their husbands will never be mentioned past existence. Shen Jiu has made it his personal mission to hit all of the neighborhood children with his car and kill them. Ming Fan, Ning Yingying, and Luo Binghe are his own children (Bingbong was forced upon him through adoption). Shen Yuan is a separate wife entity. Yue Qingyuan has had 5 lobotomies and it’s still not enough. He’s on enough horse tranquilizers to kill a lesser man. Mu Qingfang is the block’s dealer. Qi Qingqi’s husband died under mysterious circumstances 10 years ago and she’s been living with her “roommate” madame meiyin since. Wei Qingwei is at the top of a kitchen utensils pyramid scheme. Shang Qinghua’s been stepping out with the milkman, everyone knows it. Liu Qingge has been photographed climbing into Shen Yuan’s window by Shen Jiu and is currently being extorted.
