Location: Outpost 56 (island of Isla de Mona, Mexico)

The volcano where Rodan was born and nests in is referred to by the locals as “El Nido del Demonio” which translates to “The Demons Nest”.

Rodan went into hybernations for centuries working the volcano which lead to him developing a thick outer skin which protected him from the extreme temperatures
