Ngl, this was sticking with me for a while now, only recently did it start coming back again.

UTY ANNIVERSARY DAY 7: Favorite Ending

Tmw you realize that neither Clover or Flowey actually get what they want—

Both after the exact same thing for completely different reasons, actively going against each other, regardless of intention or awareness.

It took a while for me to really...get Clover and Flowey's dynamic. But bringing these three endings together really helps solidify it for me.

There are LAYERS. Like, this BARELY scratches the surface XD So, I wanted to pay homage to it. Here's to toxicity *cheers*

And a whole week's work of art done! This was a lot, but it was so fun? Like, I felt my art improving in such a short time fsr?? It felt so nice to just..contribute to something, and it's made me feel less shy on the internet (Day 1 had me so anxious istg—)

All of this to say is I'm glad I did this, happy I gave this game a chance and made so many fun memories along the way. Happy Anniversay, UTY <3

UTY ANNIVERSARY DAY 6: Favorite Boss Fight

Several attempts at playing this without armor has not only strained my sanity, but has also really given me a good look at this fight and how it functions cuz it held me hostage for a LONG. TIME. (now Zenith Martlet phase 2 does that—)

The Moniqa from April would disagree, but I think it's really fun (I add Phase 2 in mild reluctance)!

UTY ANNIVERSARY DAY 5 (just pretend that it is): Favorite Moment

I've mentioned in a previous post that the vengeance route hits very different, and the Steamworks was one of the things that really reeled me in. Between the parallels (or perpendiculars, I guess??) between this and Neutral/Pacifist, Clover being more defiant (and shooting a generator ig—) and Axis' sudden revelation, one they were not aware of, suddenly shooting Clover up seven levels? It's empowering and chilling all at the same time (I'm sorry, Axis o7)

It's kinda hard to say that I like this moment overall? But, it is the one that stands out to me the most, at least in this route specifically.

A close second would probably the Echoes of Another scene (which is something I'm probably going to ramble about at some point if this keeps up—)

UTY ANNIVERSARY DAY 4 (Kinda—): Favorite Location

Trying to reflect on the most fun I've had playing this game? The Steamworks have given me the most fondness, I feel.

Meltdown is such a good track, too, really helped encapsulate that feeling of wonder and (re)discovery. I still love going through it now <3
