“How are you not a lady?” he asked matching her tone . Wondering what this lady was nuts or something. She was a female, so of course she was a lady to him.

She’d only gotten up from the bar to go to the bathroom. But getting back was proving nearly impossible. It was like the crowd had doubled in size in just the few minutes she’d been gone. Jessica sighed irritably under her breath, trying to squeeze through without touching anyone or shoving them, but she hit a wall of people near the dance floor. She turned towards the voice, gave him a long look. “No,” she said simply. “Not really my thing, sorry pal.”

“A fine lady like you turning down a man like me, well that’s all right. Thank you for the honesty, I will find someone else to dance with than.” he said as he walked away and looked at what he had to do.

Gwen had been taking a break from the activities, but as per usual, the moment she stopped dancing, she was standing on the sidelines looking at the other dancers and wanting to get back into it. She had given up music (as much as she could) but any time a song with a half decent beat came on, Gwen would match the beat with a tap of her foot. Seeing a man approach her, she tipped her head at his question. He was older but he looked harmless. “Sure why not? I don’t have a partner right now. One dance.” Gwen offered with a bright smile, extending her hand towards him.

He smiled at the young woman, but to him she was to young for him.  “I’ll dance with you right now, but I know that you are to young for me” he said as he was more appropriate with the younger woman.  ‘Just once dance and that is all” he said to her as he lead her to the dance floor.

Michael decided to not dress up, he didn’t feel like the type of person that would dress up for a party. But he came to it  anyways and if there were donations, maybe he could steal it, so he could become more powerful or maybe fine a way to rule the world.  “Good evening ladies and Gentleman” he said passing by as he decided to stand a ways.  On the other hand he saw someone and smile “May I have this dance my dear?”

Michael didn’t care that he was acting childish, he just wouldn’t have it any other way.  “Yea I find some better ones someday, right now I don’t have any good ones.  “Whatever “
