Retested my max heart rate
Zero stimulants, just me and the road. And a hill. And 90 degree heat. And a 6 mile tempo run before the sprints. Anyway my heart got up to 182.
Noisy, recorded while actively in motion. Still surprisingly legible. Also weird that listening to my heart while I max it out makes it feel so much easier to do, interesting.

Preview from last night's misadventures
Ended up sticking to the classics, heavy stims, hard exercise, and some VERY successful breath play. I had a ton of fun and i hope you do too. Gonna just drop files as they're ready so apologies if it feels spammy.

Biking on stimulants
So, took a big big dose of stimulants. Nothing illegal, just a lot of it, like always. This time though it hit different, it made me extremely thermogenic, shot my heart rate way high way fast, and ruined my recoveries.
It was like having a normal heart again haha. I've been envious of folks topping their hearts out in a minute and barely recovering but I just got to and damn, it was a lot of fun but it was super exhausting. Makes me appreciate my fitness even more.
Small clip:

All 23 minutes that I recorded (out of a 30 min HIIT workout, I had already worked out for the day so I was pretty spent).

Cardiac recovery
Listen along to my mitral and pulmonary valves as my heart recovers after 5 minutes of squats. It had already slowed down a fair bit by the time I lay down after grabbing my stethoscope, which took under a minute. How’d you like my pump?

Mitral beats with EKG and little editing magic
Recorded this while I was sick, my heart was beating really fast as a result. I hope you like how it sounds. <3
And I hope you like the little animated addition I made! :) I tried to make it as accurate as possible when it comes to the size and position. I used an actual X-ray image of my chest to help me as a guide. I think the result is OK.

My heart is just as visible sitting upright. Starts skipping like crazy as it slows down.
