     “Well, I don’t know. Rose does have her good points and she’s clearly able to protect you which I appreciate. Besides we’re better friends now than we once were, but... spending decades together? I don’t know about that..I might have set her on fire by then.” There was a humoured octave to his tone, trying to stifle a laugh.

     An arrogant grin donned Chalky White features revealing sharp fangs, Christian really wasn’t phased. In fact this just made the urge to taunt only heighten. “Don’t let Lissa catch you saying that, she’ll be really upset if I die. You don’t want to do that to the Princess do you?”

Elena huffed and her eyes narrowed to a glare that reflected her stubbornness. “That sounds a lot like giving up. We can’t protect anyone if we’re not there to see what’s going on.”

     A small sigh left the moroi “no it’s being realistic. I don’t think I have enough fire power to do what you’re asking! I want to protect everyone as much as you but I also don’t want to risk you getting hurt either!”

Alrighty, so some of you know that Halloween is just my FAVOURITE holiday of all time & so as a BIG thankyou to all of you lovelies for following me, talking with me & let’s face it being such champs when it comes to dealing with my lazy ass.      His arms had come out to the side before him, trying to ease the other’s blatant hostility. “I’m not going to hurt you. I was merely curious. Who brought you here?” He stayed rooted to the ground, not wanting to frighte her more. “I’m Christian Ozera.” Perhaps introductions were best at this point.

     “I’m hurt you would think that.” His tone held an air of faux sadness, keeping that innocent facade across palid features as he stalked closer and closer to her, now merely inches away from her. He could smell the fear radiating off of her, it was intoxicating. The corners of his mouth flickered upwards into a small smirk “And what is going on, hm~?”

    “That’s adorable, but you wouldn’t.” Adrian scoffed. “You want me around – you’ll get fucking bored for eternity when I’m gone.” He followed shortly when the other headed towards the exit and drawled, “Dunno about you, but I can totally live here. Just take your time.”

     Crimson stained irises narrowed dangerously at the other Strigoi “Don’t push it. Boredom is looking alot more appealing lately..” Though of course the Ivashkov was right, Christian would be bored and boredom for an Immortal was a very long time. “So could I, but guardians on our ass isn’t something I can be bothered with.”

A T-Rex;

TOWERING, heavy footsteps SIGHED against the earth;;; clawed feet postrating her large frame as she lowered her head to eye the small, two-legged creature standing in her path. Ocular vision scanned for movement, the SCENT of alarm swarmed like reverberate sensors as her lips peeled up to reveal impressive daggers, yellowed with age && stained with the savagry of her nature; a QUEEN, crowned by the carnage & bloodshed of her reign.

Primal FURY wrapped in the predation of pensioned exaltion. Her internal mechination bading the CONSTANT need for food forth, survival crawling beneath her skin as livid as the scars marring her hide. But this, this was no (HUNT!), this… was opportunity ; a mere MOUTHFUL of flesh (a snack.)

     The young Ozera was still in shock, truth be told. Never having encountered anything like this before, sure some would say he led a sheltered life back at St.Vladmir’s Academy but the most he was ever taught to beware of was Strigoi. Not Dinosaurs! How did one even prepare for this situation?! Sure Christian had his fire magic should he need it, but really what good was it going to achieve against a humongous creature that loomed over him; shadowing his own shadow and the many buildings behind.

     Well her fangs were definately bigger than his and the colouring of them made him think this was a regular thing and pretty soon, he would end up as dinosaur chow. Not a way he wished to go. Glancing upwards, suppressing a gulp; he made no effort to move not wanting to arouse any anger from the other. “Okay, good Rexxy..” He held his hands up before him, a gentle tone to his voice, hoping to show he was no threat. Good job no one he knew was around or they would think him crazy talking to a dinosaur, better than the alternative.

  “Dunno, man. But she’s pretty.” Licking the crimson mess off his lips, he threw Christian a pointed look, “How about you quit fucking with me and let’s get outta here? You’re the one who gets your panties in a twist, not me.” 

     “You’re lucky I don’t fucking stake you.” He shook his head, annoyance replaced the humour in his voice. While Strigoi usually prefer to work alone, Christian found a comfort in having Adrian around, even if he was an ass. “Come on,” quickly exiting the hotel room “I wasn’t ready to leave Vegas just yet” throws an accusatory glare the other’s way.
