((SISTER HERE IS A THING FOR YOU. I INTENDED IT TO BE LONGER BUT I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT LONGER))
Sebastian sat against the wall by the door leading into the baby’s room. For nearly four hours, he sat in wait, deciding if it was right to go in before she woke up. Eventually, he figured it best to let her sleep without disruptions and chose instead to chase his thoughts while he waited.
Suddenly, there was a noise. It sounded a lot like fussing, so he got to his feet and quietly opened the door, walking out.
As silent as possible, he crept to the crib and peered over. Sure enough, little Thalia didn’t appear too happy. Gently he picked her up and rocked her some in the hopes of calming her down. Thankfully, it worked, and the upset child was now a very content one, playing with one of the buttons on her brother’s shirt.
"Thalia," he murmured, gaining her attention. "Thalia, do you remember me? I’m you brother."
She giggled and cooed in response. She loved her brother, but he loved her more than she would ever even begin to think.
"Come on. Let’s go find Daddy, hm?"
