ok i think this is the end of the oc drawing spam but also let me over explain again because i love themmmmm

first one is a drawing of trinity, she has magic blue armor

middle one is all of mikey being a freak and a million years old. he’s casting spells and shit yeah

the last one is aria and like her different eras as sort of like stained glass. the last drawing on that one is sort of like her finding a purpose of some kind after mateo is killed and it’s fully in color because shits like real in that one and she realizes the harm she and her friends have caused from their time travel

uhhhh i don’t love this one and idk if it’s finished tbh but it’s called “loss of humanity” in my mind and its like them in the future.

aria loses herself in her rage and grief, mikey in magic, immortality, and his desire to hold on to his friends as tightly as possible, mateo is no longer human but not out of his own choices as he grew from his old selfish ways to sacrificing himself to better the world but now ultimately has no control over himself or anyone, and trinity has replaced every part of herself with robotic enhancements and has had control over a cult for thousands of years.

idk but that’s kinda it. i like doing fan art for myself if that makes sense.

ok this one’s all four of the time travel guys and i’m going to over explain their story because im bored

top left is mateo, he was thr lead singer when they were in thr band and he’s a little bit conceited and aggressive. he was dating aria until she figured out she was gay in the medieval period. he’s a knight with everyone else, then he’s the first to split and go to a different time and ends up being a greek hoplite before being summoned to fight with trinity against mikey thousands of years in thr future, where he sacrifices himself.

top right is trinity, she was the drummer and ends up being a leader while thr gang are knights in the middle ages which seems surprising to everyone but she’s an amazing warrior and is very very driven. but then she becomes a leader to a cult based on science and they have a huge rivalry with mikey’s future magical cult. she kinda figures out that mikey is like experimenting on himself and his cult members to try to live forever and it’s kinda fucked up no joke. so she summons mateo and aria who are like gone and they have a huge crazy battle. mateo is killed and then trin kills mikey. she ends up like going really crazy with the science stuff and wayyyyyy in the future she’s like 90% machine

bottom left is aria. she was the bass player then in the medieval period she ditches her friends to join a convent and falls in love with one of the sisters but then she passes away and aria is like reeling and leaves all her friends and tries to find purpose in a million different time periods. after mateo is killed she decides that she has to put an end to their time traveling and attempts to undo her and her friend’s actions throughout the timeline (think five from the umbrella academy or like legion at the end of thr series when he makes himself not exist anymore 😳)

ok bottom right drawing is mikey and he was the guitar player. he is very quirky and funny and definitely got up to some crazy stuff in thr 1970s and he has huge crazy looking eyes. no one ever really took him seriously. he becomes a knight with everyone and in the middle ages he’s like fascinated with magic and also immortality so he begins like experimenting with it and makes cool potions and all. thousands of years pass and he has a magic cult and trinity kills him but turns out he’s not dead and he comes back and he becomes suuupperrrr old and a wizard and it’s pretty cool but he’s just a little evil lowkey but he’s very complex. ok so anyway uhhh turns out mikey is the one who kidnapped himself and his friends from the 70s and gave them all the ability to time travel. also he becomes so lonely because he kinda exists outside of time and space and everything so he resurrects mateo but it doesn’t go so well and he ends up as a zombie basically and not good.

hi tumblr i don’t have any more new warriors drawings but i do have several oc drawings that im going to spam right now because i kinda love them. their story is very convoluted and there’s a lot to it.

but the gist of it is that they were in a band in the 70s, suddenly got kidnapped and were given the ability to time travel, got stuck in the middle ages and then things happen over like thousands of years and they can’t figure themselves or each other out. this drawing is of aria (im like 90% sure im going to change her name) and mateo in the medieval era after she kinda comes to terms with being gay and he’s clingy as hell!!!!

hi yall! i wanted to post some drawings and apologize again for being a little inactive the past week or so - it’s only going to get worse from here. i’ve been working on commissions, art fight, and i started an entry for the federal duck stamp because why not?!?!?? i’m about to travel for a few days and im going to try and get a lot of personal work done the rest of july, so ill probably be pretty inactive for a while. ill try and get some warriors drawings done (i have one request rn i like have drawn out in my mind i just need to sit down and actually do it i swear i havent forgotten!)

in the meantime, these are some of my ocs i’ve had since i was like 15!!!!!!!! on the left is frostpaw and the right is snakepaw - they’re part of a group of apprentices that leave their clan when it becomes super corrupt. that’s kinda it i never really figured out more of the story. but they’re cute and gay so it ok.

i’ll probably put more ocs on here at some point, but all of their information and like full lore and everything is on my artfight on their pages 🙈 goodbye for now !

kestrelflight but i said this in my last post but my headcanon is that he has vitiligo and gets more white fur as he ages. i love how vague his description in the books is and how in every art of him i’ve seen he has a different appearance - he can look any way it is so cool seeing different adaptations if that makes sense lmao. love him 😝

hi y'all, sorry posts have been slower and i've been a little inactive - i have commissions to work on and im trying to save energy before art fight starts. y'all should absolutely follow me on there, my user is fivefivefive !!!! i also want to say thank you so much for more than 1000 likes on the leafpool drawing, i don't think i've ever received that much attention online for any of my art, so it means a lot to me :) i'm thinking of doing another drawing of her so stay tuned.

i want to share some more art evolution, this time with jayfeather. like i said in the original post, he's like my favorite character and probably the warriors character i've drawn the most over the years (that might be hollyleaf actually now that i think about it? i'm not sure and i'm not going to count). i have earlier doodles of him - for some reason i thought the whole thing with him and the stick was the funniest thing in the world in middle school? idk but i'm not going to pull all those out. this post is going to be super long get ready

i absolutely think that there are problems with how his disability was handled in the series - while his role as a medicine cat is really interesting and he's great in that position, especially with the clash of his personality with that job and him learning to be more empathetic is wonderful, i like to think that if he were a new character today he could have been a warrior which would have been really cool to see.

2018 - i think he and brightheart had an interesting dynamic. it sucks they never let her have another apprentice because she's a really cool character and would have been perfect for that like why wasn't hollyleaf assigned to her??? like what message does that send?? maybe it wasn't on purpose, but i think it's another reflection of some pretty poor choices in the series handling disability. i think i drew this while i was in class or something, i did that a lot in middle school.

thankfully something weird happened and it wouldn't let me upload the entire image because the whole thing is actually embarrassing as hell because i drew a very 2018-looking person in the center. this is a really early drawing of jayfeather of mine from 2018 (i want to say in like october or something of that year?).

the whole gang, i think from 2018. i'm pretty sure these were meant to be cut out and put in the shrine too, this one might even be older than the one before this, oops. i don't think i really knew much about dovewing and ivypool at this point, i think what i did know was from the "life's too short" map on youtube, which i don't think i got a great explanation of their story from even though it's so good such a classic

late 2018 - early 2019 i think. i very consistently drew jayfeather with this design (as well as lion and holly) or a variation of it, as can be seen in the next few drawings

i was kinda always a fan of jayfeather and kestrelflight !?!?!?!! their personalities are so different so they're like sweet and i think medicine cats should be happy together (jayfeather is bi with a preference for boys what who said that?????)

omg this is from the au where thornclaw switches places with brightheart and he mentors jayfeather for a little while and they just argued the whole time. great dynamic i think lmao. from 2019 i believe

in the au he later becomes the apprentice of brackenfur who is medicine cat (leafpool was a warrior and mentored by cinderpelt, who was also a warrior, having switched places with bracken), and i think jayfeather really looked up to brackenfur. idk another issue with cinderpelt becoming a medicine cat perhaps against her will, though i've seen they handled it better in the graphic novel and that's really great. she could have had a really interesting role in jayfeather's life having gone through what she did, so his dynamic with brackenfur in her position is also pretty interesting.

2019 sometime i think? leafpool dying was like right when i got out of warriors for a little while. i wasn't a fan of that honestly. this was before squirrelflight's super edition came out and the whole situation was explained, so everyone was FREAKED because leafpool wasn't in the allegiances anymore in the preview for whatever book that was (it was like a brand new arc, not the most recent one but the one with bristlefrost, is it broken code??? i seriously don't know im so sorry i swear im a fan of these books lmao). what a time to be alive.

skip ahead to summer 2020, part of the evil leafpool au i came up with when i was bored. everyone had dark colors like why?????

2021, there's like a big batch of these i did to post on my old instagram page. rip to that account, i was too scared to post warrior cats on there. starting to get more detailed in designs

september 2022 i think. very cute awwwwwwwwww. i headcannoned that kestrelflight had vitiligo here i think, and yes i think that still. i like this design of him too he cuteeeee (i want to draw him rn i may just do that when im done with this post lmao)

may 2023 - OMG yes i did make a warrior jayfeather au when i was bored sometime i guess. this is the only time i ever drew it though i think lmao, it's basically all written there. he has a very dark design here too, i kinda like it. he is a complete rip off of daredevil from marvel - like he literally fit that perfectly, he could have had dovewing's powers and be like super powerful lmao. but i have a HUGE document somewhere where i tried to like rewrite the whole PO3 series, who wants to see it maybe i'll share it sometime omg???

ok that's actually all i have i thought there was more - i know i have doodles somewhere else but i'm not searching every canvas on procreate for those, and they're not colored in either so it wouldn't be interesting. he's clearly a beloved character to me so i really enjoyed making this one.

jayfeather has a very important role in the discussion of handling disability in fiction i think, though i can't say i'm a writer or an expert in any of this, so if i've overstepped in that discussion with this post i sincerely apologize and tell me! (i'm trying my best to avoid discourse and stating my opinion on this series, though i think these issues have been discussed a great deal so i'm just a little voice in the crowd i hope) i don't want to speak too much about who i am personally, i want to remain as anonymous as i can on here, but i'll say i understand these issues from friends + family + loved ones - good representation matters and can make a huge difference!!!!

he is actually the whole reason i got into warrior cats. i watched the little fang map and i thought he was really interesting so i started reading power of 3 and here we are 8 years later

i love jayfeather and i seriously think he could have been amazing as a warrior and a rip off of daredevil 🙈

ok i think this is the earliest drawing i have? it's hard to tell, and one of the images of a doodle from i think 2017 won't upload. this is another little cutout thing i put in my warrior cats shrine-shelf-thing. i also had a drawing of them from this same time that my friend and i tried to laminate but we definitely did not do it right - i think that may be a bookmark somewhere, no clue where though lmao.

this was my pride and joy at the time - i made this in may 2018, and it ended up on the front page of warriors amino (which by the way i had a good time on, but all of my friends are always talking about how hellish amino was but i don't think that was my experience??? i was cringe but i was free so whatever). idk but i didn't draw with this art style very long, and i kinda hated it after like a week. idk why having a consistent art style was so important to me at the time but it was

early 2019 - very consistent designs, i was really obsessed with this group of siblings because i made an au (not pictured) where brightheart and thornclaw switched places and cinder and bracken switched so like the boys had their injuries instead and they had different apprentices and stuff. maybe i'll redraw it someday?? that might be fun idk!!! but it was kinda crazy

june 2019, i drew in this art style like one time and drew maybe six different characters. i don't like this now, and i don't think this really demonstrates how i ever personally imagined the warrior cats series? im a huge fan of more fantastical designs but this just did not fit my goals with drawing idk. but these drawings were definitely important in my journey because my art style that i had for the next year or two evolved from this i guess idk. they're fun designs i suppose

summer 2020, i remember being really frustrated trying to draw a person and it wasn't working out, so i drew brightheart to make myself feel better. she cute!!!!

january 2023, i think the most recent until now. i kinda like how orange she is in this, very nice, definitely some subconscious similarities or influence on her current design i think. also cinderpelt again, i guess this was an evolution for her too.

brightheart has always been one of my favorite characters and i have a tonnnnn of art of her from the past (i’ll definitely do another post i did like leafpool’s soon!!!!!!). i didn’t actually read any of the books until i was in maybe middle school, and i remember before that my friends would check out the old ultimate guide from the school library and we would look at all the beautiful artwork in it and brightheart and her story always stuck out to me in that. she is so cool 🤩
