A skirt as an item of clothing is such an old fashioned concept. Skirts these days are simply accessories. Their purpose is to cheekily imply that you know you should be covered up but you don’t care. Or that you’re so stupid that you accidentally bought something that doesn’t cover little fuck holes. You can even pretend to be embarrassed if you like and keep tugging it down ineffectually.
Remember, the best girls don’t wear panties either.
