~WIP Whenever~

Been on a bit of an art/writing hiatus as it's the busy season at work and I've picked up some extra projects here and there to tinker with (attempting to learn some programming partially out of spite so that I can build some specific tools for myself).

With the sudden chilly weather, I've fallen into soup mode and my brain automatically assuming it's Spooky Season (not helped by stores having Halloween stuff up before the 4th of July).

I am resurrecting my Plots & Prosody side-story of a Masquerade Ball meets Murder Mystery (it's not Evie's birthday and Raphael uses his influence to turn a dull noble's ball in to Murder Mystery for her to solve). I'm tentatively planning to tie it in with Kinktober (I think this was my original plan...last? year, but idr. I will probably throw the first chapter up on AO3 soon to actually get a fire under my feet on it, so it's not just living in parts in my drafts forever again lol. I'll post here when it's up per usual.

Chapter 24 of Prosody is still in the works and has just fallen victim to my lack of time and spoons lately. I have started getting back into working on it this week, though, and hope to make good progress on it this weekend (barring getting sucked into the Murder Mystery spin-off, which is a very real possibility, but it'll be one or the other at the very least).

I hate that every social media platform has switched to a video centric format. I fucking hate it. Every app is so loud now. Instagram used to be quite. You could put on music and scroll to see what people are up too. Nope. Now everything has music on it or gets turned into a reel. This is why I fuck with tumblr. It's the quiet website. Just you and and the voices.
