The whole thing is shifty. From a two month paywall (I really don't care who the creator is, two months is asinine, and early access should cap at a month at longest, otherwise stay at suggested 2-3 weeks via EA suggestion) to obviously treating the "free downloaders" (aka potential paying customers - me being one of them, and now I'll never become a Patron, good job!) with such contempt.

I don't care how many Patrons you have, how much money you make, how popular you are, or how good your CC is, you won't get a cent from me if your attitude sucks this bad, and I do wish others held that same view, but not everyone does and that's okay.

EA lets people profit off of making CC for their game. Many CC creators remain aware of this fact and are grateful for the opportunity to create something that people will enjoy while getting paid. And hell, many do it for absolutely free, not expecting a dime to come their way, and they are the ones that need to be given exposure and support. Not someone like this, who balks at any criticism and makes it all about money.

Winterfest 2024

Happy Saturday Everyone!  I'm so happy to be able to release this set in time for Christmas. I have been thinking of doing a Christmas set for quite a while now and it was one of those things that I just needed to check off the bucket list. I would love to be able to add to this set in future years to come.

I have been sharing progress of this on Instagram, but just in case you missed my ongoing commentary there, I will also point out here that the contents of this set are purely decorative. I would have loved to be able to make functional presents like from the seasons EP, but unfortunately its a very complicated item with many different elements to create, which would be extremely time consuming and I just couldn't dedicate that time when there were so many other essential items required this month.

After the Reef

We visited the last remaining couples from the show to see how they are doing, and where they are now!

Mayra and Austin

This happy couple is enjoying their new life together in their prize bungalow! When asked about their future plans, Mayra responded that they were enjoying the present and not worrying too much about the future, while Austin gave us a wink. More secrets from this red-headed hunk?

Isaac and Nia?!

When we met up with Isaac, we made a shocking discovery. Isaac was not only no longer with Kori, but he and Nia were now dating and living together in Sulani. "I don't know how we just missed each other on the show like that." Nia mused as she held Isaac's hand. "Yeah, I mean she was with Brody, and I was with Melanie, and then Kori" And just about everyone else, Isaac, but we digress. "And she was there, but I just never noticed until after." How romantic...I hope Isaac decides to stick with it this time.

Trina and Garrett

Probably the biggest surprise of the season was Trina's choosing Garrett over Jarred. Jarred declined to be interviewed, but Trina welcomed us to a beach not far from the Romance Reef house, where she and Garrett were enjoying an afternoon. The two are currently engaged to be married! When asked about her surprising choice, Trina offered a sad smile. "I really cared for Jarred, but something was missing, and I found it with Garrett." We wonder what that missing something was....

Brody and Natalia

We found another new couple in San Myshuno! After the show ended and Nia and Brody broke up, he ran into Natalia on a business trip to San Myshuno, where she lived at the time. Now they live together in the city! "There was always a spark between us." Natalia said with a grin. "It wasn't in the cards at the time, but maybe it should've been." Brody suggested. "I really had a thing for Nia, but there was always a little bit of a disconnect, as if she was trying to figure herself out." When asked about Nia and Isaac, Brody smiled and nodded. "I fully support her decision. We just didn't have what it took to be a couple off the show, and I hope she found happiness with Isaac like I have with Natalia." When asked about their future, they grinned at each other. "We just take everything one day at a time."

I don't know about you all, but I just can't with these couples. They are just so damn cute! I guess now we're just going to have to bet on which couple makes it down the aisle first! Thank you so much for keeping up with the first season of Romance Reef. We'll see you again for Season 2, to be announced in the near future!

On the Season Finale of Romance Reef

During the last few days in the house, two of the couples had some uncomfortable conversations about Casa Amor. Nia admitted to Brody that she had gotten close with Ignatio, but ultimately wanted to be with him, and Brody admitted to having some romantic encounters with Natalia, but felt the same. Austin did not reveal to Mayra that he had slept with Cheyenne, while Mayra truthfully admitted to some flirting, but told Austin that having the experience made her realize that she was in love with him.

On the last day in the house, both boys and girls took part in various skill competitions and one final ping pong tournament (non-alcoholic this time, for everyone's sake). Austin and Mayra ultimately came out on top in their respective brackets, and won Romance Reef!

The couple have won 50K and a Sulani bungalow! Stay tuned for an After the Reef update!

(Note: I had focused on other projects and RL obligations, and had forgotten some of the details. I am planning to do a Season 2 of Romance Reef and do it much better now that I understand how it works, and will be keeping much better track of the challenge as I'm running it. I'm sorry for the lackluster ending!)

This Week on Romance Reef

After a couple days of getting to know one another, the tension between some of these boys and girls was palpable, with plenty of exchanged kisses, and for one or two couples, a lot more. The girls returned home to discover that one of them had been replaced. Isaac had decided to date Kori, and a devastated Melanie, who had returned alone, was sent home.

And Jarred, who hadn't developed any sort of romantic or intimate relationship with anyone, was stunned when Trina returned, hand-in-hand, with Garrett.

Nia and Brody, and Austin and Mayra were happily reunited, and the couples settled into their final days in the house.

It's the last week in the house, and the couples will be having their last competition to determine who wins the big prize of 50K and a Sulani bungalow!

This Week on Romance Reef

The girls were whisked away to Casa Amore and found themselves face to face with four new boys: Brock, Garrett, Ignatio, and Diego!

Things quickly got hot and heavy between these newly introduced singles, with Nia and Trina quickly getting close with Diego and Garrett!

Meanwhile, back at the house, four new girls arrived, sending the boys into overdrive: Cheyenne, Kori, Kasandra, and Natalia!

And while Austin, Brody, and Isaac got close with these girls, Jarred was the only one to keep his distance and commit hard to Trina...

When the girls return from Casa Amor, will they have chosen their boy, or bring a new boy back with them? And furthermore, will their boy be still waiting for them, or have a new girl? Stay tuned!

New Addition!

Ginger gave birth to baby girl Callie! Both mother and baby are healthy and happy.

A Surprise

Ginger had a surprise for Aidan; a positive pregnancy test. Flabbergasted but happy, Aidan wondered aloud what Ava and the twins would think of having a new sibling.

As the summer came to a close, Aidan and Ginger took their oldest Ava and twins Aidan Jr. and Bridget to Sulani for a day at the beach. Aidan snoozed for most of it.

Two new ladies entered the villa: Peyton and Mayra!

And boy did these two shake up some of the dynamics the same way Peyton shook up her hair color, going from a spicy redhead to a blonde! She made a play for Jarred, but he didn't reciprocate it as much as Austin reciprocated Mayra's moves. The two got steamy real quick!

Kristine took note that Austin was straying, took one look at Isaac, and decided to make her own move.

The islanders, still feeling the effects from the previous week's juice pong tournament, participated in a tamer ping pong tournament. Brody was the winner for the boys, and Peyton was the winner for the girls.

At the recoupling, Trina chosen Jarred, Brody chose Nia, Isaac chose Melanie, leaving Austin's choice between Mayra and Kristine. In a surprise twist, Austin chose Mayra, and Peyton and Kristine were dumped from the reef.

The new couples of week 3 are: Austin & Mayra, Jarred & Trina, Isaac & Melanie, Brody & Nia. Coming up next, there's a switch in the house as the girls travel to Casa Amor to meet four new boys, while four new girls arrive at the villa. With the couples separated, who will resist temptation?

Bombshells

Austin, Kieran, and Nia have arrived, and will shake up the villa as they search for their one and only. Mya was eliminated after her poor performance in the painting challenge. The current couples are: Isaac + Melanie Jarred + Trina Zane + Kristine Brody + Nia

At the end of this week, a recoupling will take place, and two men will be dumped from the reef. Will these couples still be intact?

King Jacob cleared his throat and smiled at the reporters and photographers that were crowding in the throne room. As a hush fell over the room, he began to address those present. "We are happy to announce the birth of our first child and daughter, the Princess Royal. Both she and the Queen are healthy and well." There was a slight murmur of response, but the king continued. "I know that this will pose questions about succession, as the law in Windenburg requires a male heir. In time, these questions will be addressed. For now, the Queen rests, and I must attend to my family. Thank you for coming."
