BREAKFAST :
🌻2 PCS ROTI WHOLEMEAL BAKAR DAN SAPU OLIVE BUTTER
🌻 GREEN SALAD 5 KEPING
🌻 TELUR GORENG TANPA MINYAK
🌻GREEN TEA 1 CUP
LUNCH :
💐 BASMATHI RICE,IKAN KEMBUNG SINGGANG 2 EKOR,BENDI.SAMBAL TUMBUK
💐AIR MASAK 1 MUG
DINNER :
🧁CHICKEN GRILL WITH DICE GARLIC
🧁MIX SALAD
🧁AIR MASAK 1 MUG
🥑🥑BEFORE SLEEP 1 CUP GREEN TEA🥑🥑
❤❤harapan i,i nak kekal istiqomah with this method and this journey...i dah taknak nampak gemok dan diejek gemok..i nak sihat,nak bertenaga,senang cari size baju,and increase self confidence..wish me luck,within 2 days emosi tak teratur,sometimes down...just really wish i can maintain this journey like the others that have made it ! Nak berjaya macam korang gak🥰

Assalammualaikum to readers,hai warga tumblr🧕
Harini i nak introduce my story to u guys...that i've started my diet journey...so i'm using intermittent fasting method.. Actually,i ni dah gemok sangat,almost giveup with my life,my appearance,my health status pon tak berapa nak baik..currently,i'm having uncontrolled DM,hypertension,and bit cholestrol..current weight i rasa around 100KG dah...Omg !!! Terrible kan...i punya ketinggian hanya 155CM...seriously i memang dah gemok gila bapak😭...what to do,i love foodies so much🥰... Actually makanan tak salah,yg salah tu i,tabiat pemakanan i yg salah n amount yg i amek pon sangat berat for daily...dh la ko makan banyak,exercise sama sekali tidak...so lemak tu berkumpul setiap hari...so today,i dh nekad,i nk start my journey by today 30th may 2020...atas ni adalah breakfast and lunch i..dinner i tak sempat nak snap pic...so azam i untuk setahun ni,i nak keep focusing on my diet...please doakan i berjaya n dapat istiqomah.. I tak berani nak buat heavy exercise,sebab i takot i sudden hypoglycemic...it's not easy to deal with diabetes and hypertension condition while dieting.. So,i buat ape yg i mampu...just i nak ubah tabiat pemakanan i,nak kurangkan portion for each meal...i nk changed my lifestyle fully... I dah puas rosakkan badan i,kesihatan i and diri i... So i buat tumblr ni,i nk simpan sini journey i...n i really hope if one day i succeed with this journey,i will scroll back and i will appreciate the way i trained myself in this journey... Target, i nak dapatkan berat around 60kg or 50kgs...okay bout diet,i choose eat clean...less oil,less salt,less calories,NO JUNKS,NO FAST FOOD,NO SWEET DRINKS OR SWEET FOOD... I'll try my best to keep maintaining eat clean for 1 year...
