NON DISORDERED DNI!!!!
pls stay safe and take these with a grain of salt, not everything will be very helpful
remember that you're in control, you control your eating, the more you say no to your cravings the easier it gets
drink loads of water or calorie free beverages
do your nails, you cant eat if your nails are painted
tell yourself " later" instead of "never"
look up grosspo
eat something you dont like
if you do end up eating take really small portions and eat really slow, count your bites, drink water after every bite, maybe walk while doing it, you can even do push ups or sit ups between every bite
look up pictures of fat its so gross
try to work out when you eat, your brain will associate food with exercise and itll get exhausting
take a shower or bath but dont use shower stuff that are scented
look up pictures of bugs
try to eat as much protein and fiber as possible
try to make food yourself at home
if you always go past your limit try starting at your maintenance and go down 50 cals everyday, its hard but its worth the wait (your body will immediately lower your metabolism and put you in starvation mode if you go down immediately
try to take vitamins, it can help fatigue, hair loss, skin breaking out, etc
eat as little refined foods and sugar as possible, it makes you want more
distract yourself as much as possible.
eat with friends or family to eat if you really have to, it makes you wanna eat less
if you want you can burn off everything you eat, this sounds like common sense but it really makes you wanna eat less
try to hide it from your family
